Finding way?!

I'm not doing well, and my life is becoming extremely chaotic. All of a sudden, lots of pressure on my shoulder, besides not getting enough sleep altogether I'm passing through a terrible time. We all have these periods in our life - there have been times when I thought I would go completely mad. Sometimes you don’t feel comfortable sharing things-the nature of the crisis is often multiple that seem to occur at the same time.

I have many things on my mind -mostly financial - and have been having trouble sleeping - waking up at 3 am and having difficulty going back to sleep - the solution has come through my strenuous exercise working many hours in the garden and carpentry projects so that I am physically exhausted by the end of the day - the result is that now I am able to get a full night of sleep - this is one of the important side benefits of exhausting yourself physically and is recommended by doctors to enhance sleep.

Finding a job following this pandemic and the slowdown in the world economy is facing everyone everywhere - I was in despair this past year as he applied to dozens of job listings and went to so many interviews but no job. I had previously had interviews twice with a company but no job but went again when there was an opening this past week - the interview this time went very well - the manager recommended that you consider a more senior job than you had applied for and I began work this week. I just keep applying and facing interviews and hoping something good will happen.

In our prestigious society, it is all about money - prestige - social status! Unless one marries into a highly educated family - where the women as well as the men are highly educated and have their own careers, you are badgered all your life about money. You just have to consider the source - and ignore it! It is the tragedy of Bangladesh that no one seems to have any higher aspiration than passing the civil service exam and getting a meaningless and boring job that is guaranteed for a lifetime and a good pension upon retirement - no ambition to do anything meaningful with one's life. And, of course, they expect you to marry early and produce sons. The more the better, as women have no other purpose in life, and the grandparents want grandchildren to spoil and dote over and show off as life's most important achievement. The result is an intellectually impoverished society that is stagnant because of a lack of creativity - invention -innovation - life becomes simply a matter of who has the most money.

If you have a brilliant mind and a warm and engaging personality that doesn’t matter unless you get a good job(The Government job) and have a secure life. But in my opinion, pursue your education, do something that you are passionate about, be successful in life and make major contributions to society.

I can feel that beginning lines up to a limit, for the past few months I am facing something like that. And yeah, that exhausting thing to get some sleep really works, last time I changed my sleeping cycle through that.

Btw whatever the odds are praying to the Almighty would ease them, and give us some mental peace. On my crucial days, HE is the only place I can knock for some peace.

Yes, I truly do agree with the line. I believe everyone should keep this thing in his/her psyche.

I believe it, but reality differs from our perceptions.
