Initiative "Necklace and Bracelet Set for Girls"

WELCOME TO MY BLOG

Hellooooo, hellooooo! Delighted to participate in this initiative dedicated to the youngest members of the family, a home without children is like a garden without flowers, that's what my grandfather used to say, they are the joy of the home. At home my own grandchildren have not yet arrived but I can enjoy my brother's children, and the princess of the Sofía family, who would become my great-niece, hehehehehe, in addition to the spoiled Fabian who is the son of a friend of my daughter, they always come to give my home a moment of joy.

My participation in this initiative will be with a very colorful necklace and bracelet set so that Princess Sofia can shine on her most glamorous days. Her maternal grandmother says that because she is a very pretty girl she attracts a lot of her attention and you have to put very striking jewelry on her so that her evil eyes focus on those objects. I am not a big believer in these legends but taking advantage of her chance for her I have to make this beautiful game. It is made with various materials but the most striking are the tassels made with Chinese thread and wire. Without further ado, let's go step by step. Let's get started.

BIENVENIDOS A MI BLOG

¡Holaaaa, holaaaaa! Encantada de participar en esta iniciativa dedicada a los más pequeños de la familia, un hogar sin niños es como un jardín sin flores, eso decía mi abuelo, son la alegría del hogar. En casa aún no han llegado los nietos propios pero puedo disfrutar de los hijos de mi hermano, y de la princesa de la familia Sofía, que vendría siendo mi sobrina nieta, jejejejeje, además de el consentido Fabián que es hijo de una amiga de mi hija, ellos siempre vienen a darle a mi hogar un rato de alegría.

Mi participación ara esta iniciativa será con un muy colorido set de collar y pulsera para que la princesa Sofía pueda lucir en sus días más glamorosos. Dice su abuela materna, que por ser una niña muy linda llama mucho la atención y hay que ponerle bisutería bien llamativa para que los malos ojos se concentren en esos objetos. Yo no soy muy creyente de estas leyendas pero aprovechando la ocasión para ella he de realizar este lindo juego. Esta realizado con diversos materiales pero lo más llamativo son las borlas hechas con hilo chino y alambre. Sin más que decir, vayamos al paso a paso. Comencemos.

STEP BY STEP // PASO A PASO

TASSELS

Before starting to make the necklace and bracelets, we must make the tassels that are an important part of both pieces. For this we will need a piece of cardboard or cardboard 3 cm wide by 7 long, which we will divide into 1 cm and 2 cm, to make a fold or tab.

BORLAS

Antes de comenzar a realizar el collar y las pulseras, debemos hacer las borlas que forman parte importante en ambas piezas. Para ello necesitaremos un trozo de cartulina o cartón de 3 cm de ancho por 7 de largo, que dividiremos en 1 cm y 2 cm, para realizar un doblez o pestaña.

To make the tassels we are going to use different colors of Chinese thread. We begin by cutting a piece of thread of any of the colors that we select that exceeds the measurement of the cardboard that we have previously made, and we place them inside the fold that we made in the cardboard.

Para realizar las borlas vamos a utilizar colores de hilo chino diferentes. Comenzamos cortando un trozo de hilo de cualquiera de los colores que seleccionamos que sobrepase la medida del cartón que hemos hecho anteriormente, y los colocamos por dentro del doblez que realizamos en el cartón.

Then we make 10 laps with the same thread around the cardboard and cut.

Luego realizamos 10 vueltas con el mismo hilo alrededor del cartón y cortamos.

We take the #26 wire and introduce it pr inside the coil so that it is in the center, leaving 3 cm long at the top.

Next, we take the thread that we left inside the tab and with it we make a double knot in the upper part and remove it from the cardboard.

Tomamos el alambre #26 y lo introducimos pr dentro del enrollado de manera que quede en el centro, dejando 3 cm de largo en la parte superior.

A continuación, tomamos el hilo que dejamos dentro de la pestaña y con él realizamos un nudo doble en la parte superior y retiramos del cartón.

With the opposite end of the wire, we are going to make 4 turns around the bundle of thread to form the tassel, leaving 0.5 cm from the top. We cut the wire.

We take the conical pliers and clamp at the base of the wire that we left at the top and make a rosary knot, which consists of making several turns at the base of the ring that we have formed with the pliers. We cut the excess and with the flat clamp we adjust.

Con el extremo contrario del alambre vamos a realizar 4 vueltas alrededor del mazo de hilo para formar la borla dejando 0,5 cm desde arriba. Cortamos el alambre.

Tomamos la pinza cónica y pinzamos en la base del alambre que dejamos en la parte superior y realizamos un nudo de rosario, que consiste en dar varias vueltas en la base del aro que hemos formado con la pinza. Cortamos el exceso y con la pinza plana ajustamos.

We repeat the same procedure with the remaining 5 threads selected for a total of 6 tassels.

We must make two sets to have the ones we will use for the bracelet ready, cutting the hairs shorter than those of the necklace.

Repetimos el mismo procedimiento con los 5 hilos restate seleccionados para un total de 6 borlas.

Debemos realizar dos juegos para tener listas las que utilizaremos para la pulsera, realizando el corte de los pelos más cortos que los del collar.

NECKLACE

To make the necklace we are going to use 80 cm of Chinese thread. I will use a multicolored one that I bought recently and it seems ideal for this necklace.

We leave 15 cm and we make a Franciscan knot that will serve as an obstacle so that the accounts do not come out. We place on the jewelry table and begin to form our design that consists of:

1 mostachon, 1 tassel, 6 mostachon, 6 fimos, 6 mostachon. Colors may vary according to taste.

COLLAR

Para realizar el collar vamos a utilizar 80 cm de hilo chino. Yo utilizaré uno multicolor que compré recientemente y me parece ideal para este collar.

Dejamos 15 cm y realizamos un nudo franciscano que nos servirá de obstáculo para que no se salgan las cuentas. Colocamos en la tabla de bisutería y comenzamos a formar nuestro diseño que consta de:

1 mostachón, 1 borla, 6 mostachones, 6 fimos, 6 mostachones. Los colores pueden variar según el gusto.

At the opposite end of the thread we are going to make a point to facilitate the introduction of the beads and we begin in the same order that we have formed in the table.

En el extremo opuesto del hilo vamos a realizar una punta para facilitar la introducción de los abalorios y comenzamos en el mismo orden que hemos formado en la tabla.

We will follow this order until finishing the necklace with a tassel, a mustachon and finally with the Franciscan knot.

Este orden lo seguiremos hasta terminar el collar con una borla, un mostachón y finalmente con el nudo franciscano.

Hola Comunidad Creativa!

Realizamos un nudo doble en cada punta del filo y sellamos con el encendedor.

Next we intertwine both ends and we will make a Franciscan knot with 15 cm of Chinese thread on the union of the necklace threads to make an adjustable necklace with a sliding knot. Cut the excess Franciscan knot and seal with the lighter.

Seguidamente entrelazamos ambos extremos y realizaremos un nudo franciscano con 15 cm de hilo chino sobre la unión de los hilos del collar para realizar un collar ajustable con un nudo corredizo. Cortamos los sobrantes de nudo franciscano y sellamos con el encendedor.

And this is how this colorful necklace will look.

Y así quedará este colorido collar.

BRACELET

To make the bracelet we will use 20 cm of elastic thread and we are going to make it in the same way as the necklace but with fewer beads since the bracelet must have a measure of 15 cm, for which we will form as follows:

4 mastachons of assorted colors, 1 tassel, 4 mastachons, 3 fimos, and we repeat this order until completing 15 cm.

PULSERA

Para realizar la pulsera utilizaremos 20 cm de hilo elástico y vamos a realizarla de igual forma que el collar pero con menos cantidad de mostachones ya que la pulsera debe tener una medida de 15 cm, para lo cual formaremos de la siguiente manera:

4 mostachones de colores variados, 1 borla, 4 mostachones, 3 fimos, y repetimos este orden hasta completar los 15 cm.

Then we make the triple knot, which consists of making an ordinary knot but with 3 turns, we tighten and we do it again. Cut the excess elastic.

Luego realizamos el nudo triple, que consiste en realizar un nudo ordinario pero con 3 vuelta, apretamos y lo realizamos nuevamente. Cortamos el elástico sobrante.

And so is the bracelet.

Y así queda la pulsera.
