This is the story of how I started getting to know hive

One day I was invited by a friend who lives in the same village with me, Salman Alfarisi and Devikria, they both invited me to take a trip that they took along with their community, which at that time I didn't know anything about what community they meant.

Arriving there I saw so many people had gathered so enthusiastically and compactly, I as a foreigner just listened to their conversation while I was there without commenting and asking anything, and from their conversation that I heard at that time they talked a lot about hive, hive and hive.

Because I don't know people there other than my two friends, I don't dare to ask anything about their conversation about hives, I just listen and eat with them and take a bath there and take pictures with them.

IMG20211208160110.jpg

Because we live in the village, every night we sit together in the coffee shop just chatting and drinking coffee, we discuss a lot of things together about our work and daily activities, and I noticed they always talk about hives and are always busy with their cellphones and lactops when I asked they said they made a post on hive, and didn't explain anything about hive, and I didn't ask anything about hive.

After a few days continued I began to wonder what they were talking about every night and asked what they were talking about hives, because I started to feel our conversations were not connected, they were talking about hives, while I didn't know anything about hives they were talking about.

Finally they started to tell a little about hives by using their language which I think is a bit complicated to understand, and according to them they have only joined the hive for about 3 months and don't know much about hives, and invited me to meet one of the members in their community first joined hive and know a lot about hive, and according to them he is the right person to explain hive to me.

IMG20220114021204.jpg

Finally I met someone who had met me when Salman alfarisi and devikria invited me to travel with their community, from that introduction I knew his name was Jasonmunapasee, Jason Munapasee told me a lot about hives in very simple and easy-to-understand language, and for 3 hours we chat finally i got interested and started asking a lot of things about hive.

I saw that their clothes had hive written on them and their names were on, on salman alfarisi's clothes there was the name @alvonsohiver and on jason munapasee's clothes there was the name @jasonmunapasee, and according to them that was their account name on hive, because according to them to join hive they had to create one account via an active email.

I like the style of language from Jason Munapasee, he seems to be a great and successful person, I can see from his language and financial style, even I see from the means of transportation or Honda that he uses it looks like if he has succeeded, he has a cool transportation in my opinion, and there's no way a village kid like me could afford to have him, and there's also a hive logo on his carriage that makes me believe he's been great and successful at hives.

That night we ended our meeting by taking a photo together because I think this is an opportunity that should not be wasted, when will I be able to take a photo with successful people like this in my heart as soon as I feel.

IMG20220114023251.jpg

The next few nights I was mentored by my friend salman alfarisi with his account @alvonsohiver and devikria with his account @neoseven as they told me, I was taught and guided to create an account on hive.

They asked me if I had an email, I told them I didn't have one and they created an email for me, after that they taught me how to create a dihive account, and I was confused, they told me to find a name for my account on hive, I said to them it's up to you, give any name it doesn't matter to me, the important thing is that my account is ready to use.

They said, the account name is very important, because it is only created once and cannot be changed forever, I thought for a long time about what name is suitable for my account, finally Salman alfarisi started asking about my hobbies, my favorite food, even my favorite animal. or animals that I like.

From there I began to understand that account names must provide values in life and account names must show who we really are and what our dreams will be like in the future.

Finally I decided to name my account @lion-bull, where I took it from my favorite animal or what I like, the lion in English if translated into Indonesian and the aceh language where I live is a lion, a most respected animal and respected in the animal kingdom, the lion symbolizes a knight and a person who is valiant in navigating life, and I think the name is suitable for the account of a person who lives in remote villages, and I added the name bull at the end of my account, and do you know the bull I mean is not a bull in English, because if translated into Indonesian bull means bull, bull I mean is Buloh Blang Ara, which is the name of the settlement where I live.

So @lion-bull is a lion from Buloh so I mean, after creating an account, I was also taught how to make a dihive post, according to them to make a dihive post it must be creative and interesting, because every creative and interesting work will be given a prize or award and that prize can be cashed and invested.

Oh, I almost forgot to tell you a little about my hobby.

My hobby.

Actually, my hobbies are many, as a teacher at school I am required to often write and read even over time writing and reading have become my hobbies, I write a lot of articles on social media such as Facebook and Instagram, and some of my articles have been published in well-known newspapers in Aceh. .

Besides that, I also often fill my articles with various types of photos that I present in photography frames and I think I will continue my photography work in this hive.

Besides that, I am also a maniac angler who often goes around various places to see the natural beauty of God's creation and also trains my patience.

IMG20220115120118.jpg

IMG20220115151106.jpg

I took these two photos when I was fishing in two different places, in my opinion fishing is the most exciting hobby, besides being able to see various natural beauties, it can also practice patience, fishing can be done by everyone, but for those who don't have high patience, fishing it can be the most boring thing, sometimes we have to wait for hours just to feel the pull of a fish or strike
That's the name in the fishing world, and waiting for hours just to get a fish, but for me who likes fishing there is a special pleasure that cannot be expressed in words but is felt by the soul.

That's what I can describe in my first introductory post on this dihive.

I hope you all want to be my friends, relatives and family, because I want by joining here I can get many friends, relatives, and be part of your family.

I expect input, criticism and suggestions from all of you, I also expect guidance from all of you so that I can give the best here.

Hello Eri,
Welcome to HIVE you are here !!!!

Its interesting and great that you put your story into a blog and left it here on the blockchain, so welcome, welcome to the Hive movement and blockchain. Your first blog is up and on the chain, hope you feel relieved, and not afraid of what is coming your way in the comments. Hope this will be just the same addiction I have with Hive. Just joking Ofcourse!
We know it can be daunting and frightening because all is new.
If you want to read some history this is a blog https://peakd.com/hive-198524/@hivepeople/hive-for-noobs-hive-198524 about it.

But for now the new beginning, you will have fun blogging and vlogging I promise. But in the beginning it’s hard and all is new and maybe you need help. We have amazing people here and a help discord if you need it. I love blogging, and was a newcomer once aswell so i know the feeling. The biggest and best advice is always be carefull with all your passwords, Never give those up !! I speak from experience !

What always is a big help to your account is to try to build and expand it. Be a daily blogger. The best way is to comment / respond on other hivers and their posts, there are so many topics here, you will definitely find a place for your thoughts and brainwaves.

I use @Peakd to post to Hive but Ecency is also a possibility. It’s a website, mobile and desktop application that improves your experience on Hive. If you are interested for Android download : https://android.ecency.com, for iOS: https://ios.ecency.com, for desktop: https://desktop.ecency.com apps that helps you to connect, and that’s what we do here !
You can also earn to promote and boost your content. Again If you are interested https://ecency.com just some extra information in this early start of your journey here! Last hive.blog is an option too. They work well and let me know if you have difficulty.

There are a lot of communities to blog in, besides your own account. Topics can be anything in life and outside the box. Go to the main page of your account and see which one you like and you want to subcribe to. It’s in the drop down menu under COMMUNITIES

Good luck with with hive experience and I Will See you around and may you find here what you are looking for. Just remember that all good things come in good time and never giving up is THE key to the big succes on the Blockchain.

Welcome to the Hive community @lion-bull!
We sincerely hope you find everything you are looking for and have found a new home here.

Seven suggestions to consider:

  1. Guard your passwords carefully, and publish and do everything except Wallet with the Posting key
  2. Use your Active key only for wallet transactions, Keychain, Hivesigner, and Peaklock,
  3. The Owner key and the Master password are only used to reset compromised passwords,
  4. DO NOT lose your passwords; but copy and store them offline in a safe place,
  5. Do not publish other people's work, be it photos or written, without credit, and be sure to source all of your work, even if it is your own.
  6. An introduceyourself tag is used only once, and
  7. Do Not click on any links in memos or comments that you do not know who they belong to. If it sounds too good to be true it probably is, so the old saying goes. There is nothing free here.

I found you because @brittandjosie and @jamerussell from @heyhaveyamet presented and promoted your publication to get more exposure and help you grow faster.

If you find yourself overwhelmed and need some guidance, or if you have any questions, there are informed Hiveans available who can help you; you can click to go to The Terminal in Discord here:

Have fun and happy Hiving!

Hi, I am also quite new here on HIVE. I saw your post featured in the latest #heyhaveyamet post, advertised in #theterminal Discord server. I am an older guy from Auckland, New Zealand. Nice to meet you.

I have to say, I really like the vinyl-cut lettering on that moped. That does look pretty cool! 👍

"I expect input, criticism and suggestions from all of you"

Well, I am happy to oblige, in that regard...

"They asked me if I had an email, I told them I didn't have one and they created an email for me"

"I write a lot of articles on social media such as Facebook and Instagram"

Sorry, I don't understand these two statements, when taken together. Didn't you need your own email address to sign up for your social media accounts like Facebook and Instagram? It has been a long time since I registered on either of those platforms, but last time I did, I am sure that I had to provide an email address, or pass-through authentication from another account (such as Google) where I did have a registered email account. No biggie, I'm just curious how this works without previously having had an email account, as you mentioned.
