Wow, that's amazing, Barb!
My parents tried sending me to someone they knew for a ballet lesson or two when I was a little girl.
I didn't take to it. Of course the harder my parents pushed me to do stuff the harder I pushed back against it.
I'm still that way. It has to be my idea or it ain't happening.
LOL
Have a great day!

Thank you, Lisa.
I started in my early 40s because I always wanted to dance but didn't feel like it in the 2nd grade because of depression. My mom would go to the mental hospital for 6 months straight at a time. That's how things were done in the early 60s for depression. I was very sad when she went away every fall until spring or something like that. I wanted to start ballet in my 40s so I would stay in shape for getting old. I didn't do a whole lot. 3 days a week at the most. It really built up my body. I was so thin before it. I still do a little now in my room to ballet class videos on youtube - just the barre because my room is too small and then ill do some free of barre in a tiny space I have for exercise. It's good to do a little. I know that too much ballet dancing can ruin a body, but a little bit done properly can strengthen a body male or female. Football players take ballet for strength and grace. I saw a movie on hallmark about a hockey player taking basic ballet for a leg ankle injury. It can really help a person.
I was too depressed when I was a little girl to take it. I wanted to do it before I got ancient LOL 😊 🤣

Glad it's given you such great benefits.
Overdoing anything really isn't good.
And it seems to bring you some peace and relief
Great job keeping up with it!
Enjoy your Sunday and the rest of the week.

Thank you so much Lisa!
I've been pretty lazy this week and need to do more exercise next week.
Exercise is the best way to keep an older body going. It oils the joints
and keeps the muscles and bones strong.
Enjoy your Sunday and the Rest of the week, too!

You're very welcome, Barb!
Yes, it sure does do that.
I take Turmeric for my knees because I go up and down steps in the house all day.
It really helps along with moving as much as possible
Have a great day! 😆

Thanks, Barb
I am glad too because I didn't want to take glucosamine and chondroitin because it impacts cholesterol levels.
Have a great day! 😆

I don't like glucosamine and chondroitin because they upset my stomach are from animals. It made my stomach feel pretty bad so I like to use vegetarian supplements. I don't like fish oil either because I am sensitive to anchovies and get nauseated from them.
Have a great week Lisa!

I take an Omega 3 supplement from Melaleuca that has no fishy aftertaste.
And I don't take my supplements unless I've just eaten and have a full stomach or I get nauseated.
Yeah, I hate anchovies too. Yuck!
Have a great day and the rest of the week as well.

Yeah, I like their stuff. I just don't promote it.
I take the Cold water Omega 3 capsules
If someone would ask me what I use I'd tell them but that's as far as it goes with me.
Enjoy your Easter Sunday and the rest of the week, @adcreatordesign.

I tried promoting them but they would join with someone else. It was frustrating.
I don't promote it now.
Maybe again I'll try someday.
You enjoy your Easter Sunday as well and rest of the week.
