Chicken chop suey with diet bread slices

Blessed weekend, today I want to share a delicious chicken chop suey my style; this to continue completing my healthy meal, which this time I accompanied it with diet bread toast. In this recipe I continue combining vegetables with protein, which is an excellent way to not get bored and eat healthy. I show you this simple preparation.

Bendecido fin de semana, hoy quiero compartir un rico chop suey de pollo a mi estilo; esto para seguir completando mi comida saludable, que en esta oportunidad la acompañe con tostadas de pan de dieta. En esta receta sigo combinando vegetales con proteína, que es una excelente manera de no aburrirse y comer saludable. Te muestro esta sencilla preparación.

Ingredients

1/2 zucchini
1/2 carrot
1/2 onion
Sprig of scallion
Soy sauce
Piece of breast
Salt and oil

Ingredientes
1/2 calabacín
1/2 zanahoria
1/2 cebolla
Rama de cebollín
Salsa de soya
Trozo de pechuga
Sal y aceite

Paso 1

I started by taking the zucchini, cut into slices, then cut into strips and set aside.

Comencé tomando el calabacín, corte en rodajas , para luego cortar en tiras y reservar.

Then take the carrot, remove its skin and also cut into strips, along with the 1/2 onion.

Luego tome la zanahoria, quite su piel y también corte en tiras, junto con la 1/2 cebolla.

Then take the piece of breast, which in this case was small since this meal is just for me. There I cut it into small pieces, season with salt and two cloves of crushed garlic.

Posteriormente tome el trozo de pechuga, que en este caso era pequeño ya que está comida es solo para mí. Allí lo corte en pequeños trozos, sazone con sal y dos dientes de ajo triturado.

Paso 4

Here I cooked the chicken in a pot with a little oil and waited until it was cooked. Then I added the carrot, which is harder to soften. I left the pot covered and when I saw that the carrot was soft, I added the onion and united all the ingredients. Now the main touch is the soy sauce.

Aquí lleve a cocción en caldero con un poco de aceite el pollo y espere a que ya tuviese cocción. Y luego agregué la zanahoria que es mas dura para ablandar. Deje el caldero tapado y cuando ví que la zanahoria estaba blandita, incorpore la cebolla y uni todos los ingredientes. Ahora sí el toque principal la salsa de soya.

When the vegetables are soft, place the zucchini in strips and the chives on top, cover and lower to low heat to finish cooking.

Posteriormente al ver ya los vegetales suaves, coloque el calabacin en tiras y la rama de cebollín encima , tape y baje a fuego lento, para terminar la cocción.

Paso 6

Take only two slices of diet bread and tomato in cauldron, so that they will be crispy. So I pass more this bread.

Tome solo dos rebanadas de pan de dieta y tomate en caldero, para que quedarán crujientes. Así paso más este pan.

An option that pleases me to continue with my diet. The important thing is that I am enjoying this type of food.

Una opción que me agrada para seguir con mi dieta. Lo importante es que estoy disfrutando este tipo de comida.
