Greetings foodie friends, today I am sharing a rich recipe for quesillo de auyama for a snack, quesillo is one of the sweets that represent Venezuelan gastronomy, there are really many ways to prepare this sweet; the truth is delicious for its smooth and sweet consistency. Today my children asked me if they wanted something sweet for a snack, I took advantage of the fact that I had auyama that they don't like but if I give it to them sweet they will surely eat it. The auyama is a vegetable that I have prepared cakes, ponqués and today this delicious cheese to share with the family. I show you its preparation.

Saludos amigos de foodie, hoy les comparto una rica receta de quesillo de auyama para merendar, el quesillo es uno de los dulces que representan la gastronomía Venezolana, realmente existen muchas formas de preparar este dulce; la verdad es delicioso por su consistencia suave y dulce. Hoy mis hijos me pidieron que quisieran algo dulce para merendar, aproveche que tenia auyama que a ellos no les gusta pero si se las doy en dulce de seguro que la comen. La auyama es un vegetal que he preparado tortas, ponqués y hoy este rico quesillo para compartir en familia. Te muestro su preparación.

Ingredients

300 grams of pumpkin
Condensed milk
3 eggs
Vanilla
Sugar

To start this sweet recipe, remove all the skin or rind from the auyama, cut it into pieces, and boil it in a pot with enough water.

Para comenzar esta dulce receta quite toda la piel o corteza de la auyama, la corte en trozos, y lleve a sancochar en una olla con suficiente agua.

After this super soft, place in a cup and with the help of the fork make a pumpkin puree

Después de esta súper blandita, coloque en una taza y con ayuda del tenedor realice un pure de auyama

Ahora tome la licuadora e incorpore la mezcla del puré de auyama

Then place the three eggs with your vanilla to taste and 190 grams of condensed milk, which was half the pot

Seguidamente coloque los tres huevos con su vainilla al gusto y 190 gramos de la leche condensada, lo que fue la mitad del pote

Make a caramel with 100 grams of sugar, for this, place it in a pot and let it start to brown, then add a little water to obtain a more liquid caramel.

Realice un caramelo con 100 gramos de azúcar, para ello coloque en una olla y deje que comenzara a dorar , después coloque un poco de agua para obtener un caramelo mas liquido.

Use a small container, place the candy there and place it on all the walls of this container; then place the cheese mixture

Utilice un envase pequeño, allí coloque el caramelo y lo en todas las paredes de este envase; posteriormente coloque la mezcla del quesillo

The cooking was in a bain-marie, place the container in a pot and place water, cover very well and cook for 25 minutes.

La cocción fue a baño de María, coloque el envase dentro de una olla y coloque agua tape muy bien y deje cocinar por 25 minutos

when i saw the title i read cheese. I think it's true processed food made from cheese. it turns out after I read it turns out it's made of pumpkin. really inspired me to try to make it. thank you for sharing.

Amiga, éste quesillo te quedó es muy exquisito, lo que más amo de éste postre es su textura "extra cremosa".
Siempre que preparo quesillo me encanta añadir algún ingrediente adicional, para que tenga ese saborcito especial, el de auyama es una DELICIA!

La primera vez que realicé quesillo de auyama la licué con agua y fue un desastre jaja. Te quedo muy bien a ti, este quesillo es una delicia.

Saludos,no es bueno agregar agua, con el mismo puré y los huevos suaviza la mezcla.
