My story with coffee- An aroma that unites us [ESP-ENG]

Greetings hive friends, today I wanted to participate in this initiative that is about coffee, seeing what it was about, I immediately wanted to join and tell my story about this hot drink that is one of my favorites. The initiative was created by @ brujita18, where through questions he invites us to tell our own story.

At what age did you start drinking coffee?

Remembering, I find that I started drinking coffee from a very young age; as of 4 years. I always heard from my grandmother that children shouldn't drink coffee because of the caffeine, but my dad always gave me my little bit. From there this is a drink that has been part of my first drink upon waking. I call it my morning drink; I love waking up to this coffee scent. As time went by and as a teenager I started making coffee at home; and to pamper my father he always prepared it the way he liked it, not very sweet. In the afternoons I was the one who prepared it for him. This leaves me with beautiful memories with my father; a great cup of coffee.

How do you prefer coffee?

I like black coffee and I get used to drinking it without much sugar and that it is not as light or guayoyo as they say in my house when it is very light. I like it a little strong. Besides, I like the coffee made in a cloth strainer, in the traditional way; since I do not like the coffee maker; in fact I don't have this appliance. I have is my strainer that I do not change for this artifact. It is a matter of taste.

How do you feel that drinking coffee benefits you?

I have read in many articles that the increased consumption of coffee helps to avoid suffering from heart problems, which is good for memory. In my case, for me this drink is an addiction and when I don't drink it it gives me a little headache; and after consuming my delicious coffee it goes away.
On the other hand, I also use the coffee cup, to make a mask to exfoliate the skin and remove impurities from my face. This he did once a week.

How many times do you drink coffee per day?

When I get up I have my first cup of coffee, I start making breakfast and go back to have another cup. Later, at around 3 in the afternoon, I make more coffee and accompany it with cookies or any snack, be it cake or sweets that I always prepare to share with my family.

4.jpg

Do you think coffee is a family tradition in your family?

100% yes, this is a tradition that goes from generation to generation. As I told you, I started drinking coffee since I was little and now I have my family and I have a child who started drinking coffee from the age of 3, at first I did not want him to do it, he was very young. Today he is one of the first to get up and look for his cup to be served his coffee.
Apart from being a traditional family coffee, it is also an aroma that unites us and allows us to share moments with loved ones, including friends. How good it is to have your cup of coffee and talk with the visitor who comes to your home. Whenever we receive visitors we offer a cup of this wonderful drink. COFFEE

Hello @lisbethseijas, it's interesting to learn of your coffee story. You started at an early age, so I'm not surprised that you appreciate the real taste of black, unsweetened coffee. My preferred way of drinking it too.
I do love coffee mask, but prefer to do a full body than a face one. Haven't done one recently, as it can be messy and my accommodation doesn't lend itself to enjoying body scrubs much.
Thanks for stopping by:)
Have a lovely Sunday!

Yes friend @millycf1976, my beginnings were quite early, which is why I consider it my favorite hot drink. As for the mask, it is super good to exfoliate any part of the body. I had never thought of doing it on the whole body. But it could be done in parts. Thanks for visiting my blog. Greetings

It gives my body a smooth, supple feel, and definitely opens the pores. There are claims to it reducing cellulite.
It's only messy, and best to be applied outdoor or if you have an outdoor shower:)

If I have read about that it reduces cellulite. If you have to have a very private place where you can relax and place this mixture on your skin.
