La vida es un gran caminar, quizás por varios años, o por pocos años, no sabemos por cuánto tiempo será ese recorrido de ese caminar, muchas veces pasaremos por lugares hermosos, disfrutaremos del paseo, paisajes maravillosos, flores, árboles frutales, pero también caminaremos por lugares baldíos, llenos de tinieblas, sequedades, encontraremos diferentes tipos de personas en el camino, saludaremos a algunas, otras intentaremos saludar y ni caso nos harán. Habrá personas con las que nos detengamos hablar, otras personas que nos tocará guardar silencio para escucharlos, otras personas que nos sonreirán, algunas que pelearán con nosotros o nosotros con ellos, en fin, dependerá de nosotros también el sabor y el color que le demos a ese camino.

Pero este recorrido lo hacemos caminando, y nuestros pies dejan huellas, es decir, en la vida dejamos huellas buenas o malas, muchas veces para escalar algunos quieren pisar a otros, pasarles por encima para lograr sus metas, otras personas para lograr ser aceptados quieren lanzarse a los pies de otros y ser tomados en cuenta, yo realmente no quiero nada de eso en mi vida, yo quiero dejar huellas, pero de las buenas, que cuando yo me muera alguien pueda recordarme, ¡Qué tristeza sería que alguien se alegre porque uno no existe!, es mejor ser recordado que ser olvidado por no haber dejado huellas.

Le pido a Dios todos los días dejar buenas huellas en mis hijos, enseñarles que se amen así mismos, que no se dejen humillar, por nadie, que no se dejen humillar ni por un techo, ni por un plato de comida, ni por nada, que hay que echar para adelante, en primer lugar, eso, ser honrados y valorarse siempre.
