La intención de publicar este soñado cambio me llevó a colocarle varios títulos a esta publicación, quizás " INVICTOS, SOBREVIVIENTES" o "ASINTOMATICOS", dando por hecho que hemos superado mucho. Todos quedamos de acuerdo ni de mencionar el nombre, ni pensar en la superado ni evocar expresiones afines, este ejercicio mental no es esquivar la realidad por el contrario ya la afrontamos y ahora lo que interviene es la conciencia de suprimir lo que ya esta superado, como restarle importancia a lo que no la tiene y contrarrestar con mensajes positivos.

Todo conspiró pues me bombardearon con más positivismo, mensajes vía WhatsApp y redes sociales de amigos y compañeros. Recordar esas atenciones me dejan un buen recuerdo, siempre digo que los recuerdos serán nuestros mejores compañeros, tratemos de atesorar recuerdos hermosos de nuestra vida.

No hay mejor antídoto para combatir lo malo que ser positivo y sentirse con otro aire, sucedió entonces este título: Un fin de semana disfrutando en familia.

Eduardo mi yerno es de buen paladar esta acostumbrado a disfrutar de la buena mesa, es muy simpático escuchar sus expresiones, siempre son "HOMBRE QUE NO COCINA, PASA HAMBRE" o "VAMOS A CELEBRAR CON UNA PARRILLA"... La intención de mi hija, su esposo y mi bello nieto han sido de agradarnos esta vez con un pasticho, trajeron los ingredientes y completaron la receta con algunas cosas que teníamos nosotros en casa.

La receta es bastante sencilla ya la conocen salsa bechamel, carne molida , jamón y queso, pasta, así fue el paso a paso.

Volvemos al día día con una nueva mirada, viviendo a plenitud, disfrutando aún mas, detallando los milagros y agradeciendo siempre lo que somos, ¡soy feliz! Nuestro fin de semana estuvo cargado de muchas imágenes, nuestros familiares que se encuentran en el extranjero mandaron sus platillos, visitas, reencuentros de familiares, fiestas patrias... cumpleaños con grata compañía. Es lindo poder ver el disfrute de familias que vuelven a darse ese abrazo reconfortante en familia. Disfruté del cumpleaños de nuestro primo Carlos, pensaba que lo pasaría solo nuevamente y llegó su hermano, nuestro primo Luis.
