Mi Almuerzo de Hoy | My Lunch Today

Hola mis queridos amigos, espero estén super bien, Sean bienvenidos a mi blog, hoy con mucha emoción quiero compartir con ustedes, lo que prepare para almorzar, algo muy sencillo pero muy sabroso.
Cocine Costilla de Res con ensalada y yuca.

Este almuerzo es el favorito de mi papá y mi esposo, fácil de preparar

Costilla de Res
Yuca
Tomate
Cebolla
Cilantro
Mayonesa
Sal
Ajo

Preparación:
Paso 1 La costilla
Para comenzar se inicia con la Costilla de res, es muy sabrosa pero la carne es dura, se pone la costilla en una olla con agua, sal y ajo para ablandar, se deja cocinar como por una hora hasta que esté blandita

Paso 2 La yuca
Mientras se ablanda la costilla, comencé a pelar la yuca la lave y la metí en una olla con agua y sal hasta que esté blandita, no se puede dejar pasar, porque si se pasa de cocción queda como para hacer otra comida la idea es que quedé en termino y los trozos queden completos, luego se cuela y se deja reposar, se puede comer fría o a su preferencia

Paso 3 La ensalada
Realice la ensalada, se lavan los tomates, la cebolla y el cilantro, luego se pican en pedacitos pequeños o puede ser a su gusto, una vez picado, se prepara el aderezo en este caso utilice 4 cucharadas de aceite y lo mezcle con la mayonesa en una tacita pequeña, le agregué una cucharadita de sal, luego terminado el aderezo lo mezcle con los ingredientes de la ensalada, lista la ensalada

Step 3 The salad Make the salad, wash the tomatoes, onion and cilantro, then chop into small pieces or can be to your liking, once chopped, prepare the dressing in this case use 4 tablespoons of oil and mix it with mayonnaise in a small cup, I added a teaspoon of salt, then finished the dressing mix it with the salad ingredients, salad ready.

Paso 4 La costilla
Continuó con la costilla, ya las costillas están blanditas, se sacan de la olla, se colocan en un recipiente aparte luego en la plancha para terminar de cocinarla, se dejan cocinar a fuego lento por unos 10 minutos hasta que se pongan doraditas.

Step 4 The rib Continued with the ribs, and the ribs are soft, remove them from the pot, place them in a separate container then on the griddle to finish cooking, let them cook over low heat for about 10 minutes until they are golden brown.

Luego se procede a servir el plato, listo todo para comer, y así fue hoy mi rico y delicioso almuerzo

Simple recipe but I feel like cooking the ribs would be tricky! The finished plate looks delicious though! No wonder, you dad and husband love that.

Good morning the rib is easy to cook, because it is a hard meat, it has to be tenderized first and then placed on the grill, you can also make it in sauce.
