A Simple Food Date With My Husband After Church!🥰

Hello to all of my friends here and of course to all my dear fellow hivers in this lovely @weekendexperiences community!😍

How are you all today? I hope everyone is doing well and happy right now. This is me @lj1728 and I am happy to share in this community my simple life story with you all.💕

After going to church, my husband and I decided to have lunch outside instead of going straight home. We were craving something warm and filling, so we thought it would be a good time to finally try a bulalo place near our area called JCJ Bulalo. We had heard about it before but had never actually eaten there, so we were both curious to see what their food was like.

When we arrived, we were lucky because there was only one table left. It felt like it was really meant for us since the place was already quite busy and full of customers. We took the availale table, and one of the staff immediately gave us the menu. We checked the choices and decided to order their best-selling bulalo since that was the main reason we wanted to try the place.

The staff informed us that their bulalo was already out of bone marrow and that only the meat and soup were available. We were okay with that so we went ahead with our order. We also ordered buttered chicken to have another dish to enjoy with our meal.

Our food arrived surprisingly fast, so we did not have to wait long. The owner was also very friendly and hands-on. She personally served our food and checked on us, which made the dining experience feel more welcoming and personal.

The bulalo was delicious especially the warm and flavorful soup while the buttered chicken was also tasty and satisfying. We enjoyed the meal so much that we ended up ordering extra rice. It was such a simple lunch after church but it turned into a nice little food date with my husband.
