¿Cómo han estado? Hoy me complace compartirles una comida creativa y divertida de preparar, yo tenía en mente realizarla desde hace un buen tiempo, ya que la idea la vi en un video de facebook y la quise recrear, fue incluso antes de entrar al ecosistema Hive, Así que tomé los ingredientes y me puse manos a la obra.

Ingredientes

• Pasta larga
• Embutido (salchichas)
• Ajo, curri, sal (al gusto)

Preparación

Tomo la salchicha y la pico en pequeños cilindros, después, con la pasta, pincho los cilindros de salchicha para que cuando este se cocine queden atravesados. Para mi fue bastante divertido hacerlo.
Con el agua previamente hervida en la olla, introduzco la pasta con la salchicha para que éste se cocine agregando sal al gusto. Cuando ya estaba en su punto de cocción, piqué 3 dientes de ajo e hice un sofrito con aceite y curri, añadiendo al final la pasta con la salchicha.

Esta comida realmente resultó divertida realizarla ¿ustedes la recrearían?

How have you been? Today I am pleased to share with you a creative and fun meal to prepare, I had in mind to make it for a while, since I saw the idea in a facebook video and I wanted to recreate it, it was even before entering the Hive ecosystem, so I took the ingredients and I got down to work.

Ingredients

• Long pasta
• Sausage (sausages)
• Garlic, curry, salt (to taste)

I take the sausage and chop it into small cylinders, then, with the dough, I skewer the sausage cylinders so that when the sausage is cooked they are pierced. It was quite fun for me to do it.
With the water previously boiled in the pot, I introduce the pasta with the sausage so that it cooks adding salt to taste. When it was cooked, I chopped 3 cloves of garlic and made a stir-fry with oil and curry, adding the pasta with the sausage at the end.

This meal was really fun to make, would you recreate it?
