Grum Flameblade is OP -- in certain rulesets

Grum Flameblade was a sensation when it first came out. It was the first card to have the Bloodlust skill, previously exclusive to Gladius cards only.

It has a very high melee attack which works well with Tarsa. It has Void Armor at level 1 and will gain Void at level 2. Not only is he a strong tank, he is an anti-magic tank as well. At that time, magic was the meta. His only drawback is his speed or lack thereof. So people would use him with Jacek which gives him +2 speed.

On certain rulesets, you can take advantage of his deficiency. Particularly in reverse speed like in the battle below.

The ruleset are close range and reverse speed. In here Grum is really a must since he can take advantage of his stats and his disadvantage is now a plus. The rest of my teams are easy to choose. A monster with Reach skill, Drybone Raider with double strike skill, a couple of sneakers and Dumacke Orc with Retaliate skill.

My opponent chose a team which I really hate because I usually lose against this team.

Summoner - Possibilus gives +2 health with trample and reach skill works well Coastal Sentry.
Diemonshark - One of the best rare tanks.
Coastal Sentry - 4 attack and double strike skill shreds my tank in most battles.
Kulu Mastermind - a better version of Deeplurker. Works well with Baakjira and Merdaali Guardian
A couple of sneak attackers and Dumacke Orc at the back as well.

Normally this team beats me but in this ruleset Grum just carried my team to victory as you can see in the battle.
