A Flavorful Potatoes Stir Fry With A Pork

I'm sharing to you today one of my favorite flavorful dish I cooked for my kids today. STIR FRY POTATO WITH A PORK

The day wouldn't be completed if I can't served some healthy and savory meal for my family. It feels so satisfying serving this dish on a table where kids enjoyed eating this simple dish.

Here's the step by step guide in making this dish.Let's prepare first the main ingredient in cooking stir fry

You will need the following
1/4 kg of pork sliced into cubes
2 medium sized of potatoes
1 pc of onion
1 clove of garlic
2 tbsp of soysauce
2 tbsp of oyster sauce
Salt and pepper to taste

Here's the procedures in cooking it
1.I begin by reheating the pan, and adding the sliced pork into it.
Allowing it to removed the fats from the pork

2.I started to sauté the pork, adding a little amount of oil, together with onions and garlic.

3.I made sure that pork and spices are turning into brown. Then I slowly add the potatoes and using ladle mix it thoroughly.

4.Add a cup of water. Seasoned it with soysauce and oyster sauce. Add a bit of pepper and salt.
Simmer it for atleast 5 minutes.

5.Checked if potatoes are already tender and soft.Adjust it's seasonings. Serve immediately while it's hot. Paired this with a steamed rice

A simple yet flavorful way of cooking veggies made my kids enjoyable to eat their meal.
