A Refreshing Day : Hydrated Oneself With A Natural Coconut Water After School Community Service

How's everything in your life? I hope you're doing great and fine 😊
Right after brigada Eskwela, I find exhausted and very thirsty and sweaty. So what I did before going back to my house, I searched for some buko stand because really craved for something hydrating. I loved to drink some fresh buko juice. Instead of drinking sodas, I prefer to drink this hydrating and very rich in electrolytes. THE COCONUT WATER

After the exhausted School Community Service, I rushed outside the school to look for something. Something that will hydrate myself against thirst. It's perfectly timing that I newly found a coconut stall selling fresh coconuts

So I stopped and bought 1 piece of coconut and asked the vendor to extract it's water and remove its coconut meat.

After a minute of waiting, I'm happy I got to drink my favorite electrolytes..The coconut water..

It's a good feeling to finally taste the fresh water from coconut 🥥
I feel refreshed and hydrated looking at it..

So finally when I got home I went to the kitchen and placed the water in a glass and drink it.
Just a happy and satisfied as I am tasting it.

And then I got to taste the fresh coconut meat too..Nothing extraordinary happened to day, I just want to flex my ordinary day that's satisfied and happy😁😊

cool, we have coconut trees here, but since it's too hot, nobody wants to climb the tree 😂
ganda nyan, you can add it to fruit shakes din. instead of plain water, you add coconut water. yum yum 😋

It's a sprouted coconut dito sa aming lugar it's called buwa..kakatuwa din kumain ng ganito..minsan nag aagawan pa kami Pag may nakita kaming ganyan

Well coconut or buko juice to be exact is the best refreshment during hot seasons. This is healthy compared to sodas or processed juice drinks. So yummy and good to the body.

Oh, wow! Coconut water is truly excellent for hydration, especially in hot climates like our beloved country the Philippines. Hahahay! It’s naturally sweet, mildly nutty, and often enjoyed straight from young green coconuts.
