STEAMED FLUFFY BANANA MUFFINS

Turning ripe bananas into a sweet and delicious muffins always made my kiddos full of energy and happy..
Today's kitchen adventure I'd loved to share to you is how I turned these ripe bananas into a sweet treats for my kids..Here's my STEAMED BANANA MUFFINS


When making banana muffins it's very important to prepare it ahead of time.Make it sure to measure the ingredients accurately to achieve a fluffy and delicious muffins..
You will need the following
2 cups all purpose flour
3/4 cup white sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
½ teaspoon baking soda
1 cup fresh milk
1 tablespoon white vinegar
½ cup melted butter (salted)
1 pc whole egg
4-5 pcs chopped bananas
1 cup dark chocolate chips(optional)

Organized everything before making the muffins..Accuracy and consistency is very important to achieve the desired taste..
Here are the procedures in making the banana muffins
Measure all dry ingredients and place it in a mixing bowl..Add the all purpose flour,sugar,baking powder and baking soda and a pinch of salt together and mix it.

Next is combined all the wet ingredients in a mixing bowl like milk,butter,and egg.Stir it well..

Finally slowly add the mashed bananas and gently combined it together with the other ingredients.

Do not over mix it.Just until it becomes smooth and there's no more lumps.
Finally,though it's optional you can always add some fun add ins like chocolate chips or raisins or even nuts..

Prepare to fill in the muffin cups
Line the muffin tray with paper cups,spoon the batter and fill the cups for about 3/4 full..

Steamed for 10-15 minutes or you can also baked for 18-20 minutes or until golden brown.

Enjoy and serve this to kids with a refreshing juice or drinks..
