Sweet Potato Rings Of Fun, A sweet treat doughnuts for kids

Hello@aseanhive community 👋🏽👋🏽I'm gonna share some delicious recipe snacks for today. I made a little twist on this recipe, I incorporate a lot of sweet potatoes to make this recipe a healthier options for the kids.

Here are the following ingredients I've used:
1/2 kilo camote (peeled,boiled and smashed)
1cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup milk powder
1/2 cup sugar
Breadcrumbs
Egg
Procedures:
Peel and chopped the sweet potatoes into wedges and boiled it until it becomes soft and tender.
Once it's done,boiling mashed it gently using fork.

Begin by placing all the ingredients in a pan,like the mashed potatoes,flour sugar and milk.
Mix all the ingredients thoroughly.
Use a measuring cup and measure 1/8 C of it to make a donut. Roll the dough in your palm and make a small ball flatten it. Using your fingers make a small doughnut hole at the center .Repeat the whole process to the rest of the dough.

Crack the eggs in a plate and gently whisk it. In a separate plate add the bread crumbs Dip each doughnuts in eggs and in the breadcrumbs.
Repeat the steps until it's all done..

Heat some oil in a pan.Deep fry the sweet potatoes donut under a low heat.After a minutes flip the doughnuts to cook the other side..
Fry until golden brown.

Transfer the fried doughnuts into a strainer to remove the excess oil.

Serve warm and enjoy 🤗😘😘
