WHEAT NOODLES SOUP WITH EGG

How are you today? I hope you're doing well and fine. I choose to share to you today one of my family's favorite Filipino soup MISUA EGG SOUP OR WHEAT NOODLES WITH EGG

Here are the following basic ingredients I've used in cooking this ..

2 pieces of egg
1 pack of misua or wheat noodles
1 medium sized onion
1 clove garlic
2 cups of water
2 tbsp of oil
salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp of soy sauce
spring onions (toppings) (garlic)

Here are the steps in making this simple and nutritious soup

In a pan, sauté onion and garlic. Once the fragrance comes out, add a two cups of water. And let it simmered for 3-5 minutes.

Once the water boils, add the two eggs, seasoned it salt and pepper and wait until the egg becomes fully cooked. Once it boils, add the misua or wheat noodles. Seasoned it with a little bit of soy sauce.

Stir it gently, once it simmers place it in a bowl and start serving it immediately while it's still hot. It's best to eat this once still hot. I always cooked this kind of soup and served this to my family during breakfast time.

Best for this noodles soup with egg if topped with springs onions or fried and minced garlic.
