Social Media Challenge | Only the big guns are allowed! π

This week I brought a Wild Ranked battle, where the mana cap was not that high, so it will be interesting to see that few higher mana cost key monsters or more but higher number of monsters will be th best to use. π

| Ruleset | Description |
|---|---|
| Might Makes Right | You can only summone units with 3 or more ranged, magic or melee power. |
| Fog of War | Units lose the Sneak, Snipe or Opportunity abilities. |
| Ferocity | All units have the Fury ability. |
The mana cap was 34, which is not that much to use any kind of monster that I want. It is only allows me and my opponent to use only few higher mana cost monsters and fill up the rest with more budget veersion ones. The most important ruleset is the Might Makes Right, because I need to pick monsters with three or more powers and those kind of monsters are tend to have higher mana costs. π
The Fog of War ruleset is not really important, but it is good, because none of the enemy monsters will be able to attack my backline, so the good strategy is to build a strong front in order to protect my lineup. π
The Ferocity ruleset will be the easiest to ignore, because what it means is that all the monsters on the battlefield will deal double damage against the monsters with the Taunt ability, so the ebst option would be not to use any of that. π

Franz Ruffmane

My plan was to use Franz Ruffmane as my Summoner, becasuse he gives +1 Armor to his monsters therefore they will be able to block one incoming Melee or Ranged attack and he is also able to bring one additional Gladiator monster into this battle, which is always a nice addition to any team. π

The Halfling Refugee cost only one mana and has +3 Melee attack, which is absolutely amazing, because I can easily use him in the Might Makes Right ruleset. Sadly he has one huge weakness, which is his Weary ability, so from the first round he has 10% chance, which is incrementing by another 10 every round to skip his turn. Still he is a nice and budget tank that is easy to use. π€

Imperial Knight

The Imperial Knight is a very good tank when it comes to soak up a lot of damage, because he has the Heal ability paired with huge amount of Armor and Health. He also has the Void Armor ability as well, so he will be able to turn his Armor against the enemy Magic attacks as well. π

Ajax Lightfoot

Ajax Lightfoot will be my Ranged damage dealer and the only Gladiator monster that I use. As a Gladiator monster he has the Bloodlust ability, so he will be able to increase all of his stats by one whenever he kills his target. The Evade ability will also hep him to dodge even more incomign attacks, which will help him a lot with his Speed to tank nicely if he would fell into the first position at any point in the battle. π

The War Pegasus cost seven mana and he has +3 Ranged attack, so I was able to use him in my lineup. He is able to Fly, so he will geet extra 25% chance to evade any Melee or Ranged attack targeting him. The Shatter ability on him will help to destroy all the Armor on his target whenever he deals any damage to them. π

I used the Djinn Renova to take advantage of her Triage ability, which means that she will restore some Health to one the monster in my lineup. She will also use her Fortify ability to increase the Health of all of her friendly monsters by one as well. On top of that she has +3 Magic attack as well, which is amazing to use her as a super damage dealer. π

My opponent brought Gorgug the Endless who is a Water Summoner and his ability is to reduce the Ranged attack on my monsters by one. He also gives the Enrage ability to his bloodline monsters, which is Orc, but luckily he didn't bring any of those. π€
The enemy monsters were a bit more speedy than mines, so they attacked quicker and they easily killed my Refugee in the first round. My monsters also tried everything to kill their Slade but he was way stronger than the damage of my team.
As soon as the first round finished their Shock Trooper zapped their own monsters with one damage, which will lower their Health in every start of the round from now on. π
In the second round my Imperial Knight stood firm as my main tank using all of his Armor and even his Heal ability. This helped him to sustain quite a lot of damage and to kill their Slade just before the second round ended.
At the beginnign of the third round their Shock Trooper zapped their team again, but sadly they killed my tank in this round and they even killed my Ajax as well.
Luckily my War Pegasus still had a lot of Health, so my Renova left the only damage dealer we had. π
The zap on their Shock Trooper helped a lot to my team and by the fifth round the last two monster from the enemy team had only one Health, which was an easy kill for my Renova whom allowed me to win this battle with her and their Shock Trooper's help. π
