Zoomed Mass indoctrination, Day 1

The word is a lamp unto our feet and a light unto our path.
*Psalms 119:105 Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path.
The more of the word of God we study and practice, the more guided we would become in matters concerning the Christain faith.

Here are some of my lessons from the Mass indoctrination,Day 1, 6/9/2021.

If we are going to listen or practice any doctrine, it has to be in agreement with Christ teachings. We must make careful analysis before choosing where to worship, this is because there are ungodly men out there to deceive men. Every other teaching outside the teachings of Christ, should be avoided.
*Jude 1:4 For there are certain men crept in unawares, who were before of old ordained to this condemnation, ungodly men, turning the grace of our God into lasciviousness, and denying the only Lord God, and our Lord Jesus Christ.
God gave the Apostle guide on who they should listen to as their instructor, which is Jesus Christ.
*Matthew 17:5 While he yet spake, behold, a bright cloud overshadowed them: and behold a voice out of the cloud, which said, This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased; hear ye him.
There are preachers that teach or preach the commandments of men and such people worship in vain.

Christ before His departure instructed the disciples to teach the gospel to all men. According to Mt 28:19 -20, the first doctrine of Christ is baptism
*Matthew 28:19 Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: 28:20 Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen.

Baptism is one of the commandment of God after which the doctrines are taught. All the doctrines of Christ are written in the bible and if any is not in the bible, then such should be neglected. Anything that is written in the bible, is not the commandment. For example, it is not written in the bible that the new Jerusalem is on earth. Of course, God would never move His throbe from heaven to earth because it is not written so in the bible.
*1 Corinthians 14:37 If any man think himself to be a prophet, or spiritual, let him acknowledge that the things that I write unto you are the commandments of the Lord.

Baptism was the first instruction to Paul by God after he was saved.
*Acts 22:16 And now why tarriest thou? arise, and be baptized, and wash away thy sins, calling on the name of the Lord.

Paul was initially practicing Judiasm before he became a member of the church of God.
*1 Corinthians 1:1 Paul, called to be an apostle of Jesus Christ through the will of God, and Sosthenes our brother, 1:2 Unto the church of God which is at Corinth, to them that are sanctified in Christ Jesus, called to be saints, with all that in every place call upon the name of Jesus Christ our Lord, both theirs and ours:
*Galatians 1:22 And was unknown by face unto the churches of Judaea which were in Christ: 1:23 But they had heard only, That he which persecuted us in times past now preacheth the faith which once he destroyed.
*Galatians 1:13 For ye have heard of my conversation in time past in the Jews' religion, how that beyond measure I persecuted the church of God, and wasted it:

Baptism is the formal act of joining the church, but one has to examine him/herself before partaking in this act.

Why do we need to join the church?
All those that receive the word are to be added to the church.
*Acts 2:41 Then they that gladly received his word were baptized: and the same day there were added unto them about three thousand souls.
*Acts 2:46 And they, continuing daily with one accord in the temple, and breaking bread from house to house, did eat their meat with gladness and singleness of heart, 2:47 Praising God, and having favour with all the people. And the Lord added to the church daily such as should be saved.

After receiving the word, baptism should be conducted next. A person who would receive the word should be added to the church. Joining the church is one of the instruction of Christ. The church was built for to join.
*Ephesians 3:6 That the Gentiles should be fellowheirs, and of the same body, and partakers of his promise in Christ by the gospel: 3:7 Whereof I was made a minister, according to the gift of the grace of God given unto me by the effectual working of his power. 3:8 Unto me, who am less than the least of all saints, is this grace given, that I should preach among the Gentiles the unsearchable riches of Christ;
Christ is the head of the church. Joining the church is the will of God.
*Colossians 1:18 And he is the head of the body, the church: who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead; that in all things he might have the preeminence.
*Ephesians 3:6 That the Gentiles should be fellowheirs, and of the same body, and partakers of his promise in Christ by the gospel: 3:7 Whereof I was made a minister, according to the gift of the grace of God given unto me by the effectual working of his power.
Christ is the one that taught about the church. If we receive Christ, then we must equally receive His words.
If we reject His word, we equally reject Christ.
*Romans 12:9 Let love be without dissimulation. Abhor that which is evil; cleave to that which is good.
*Ephesians 5:23 For the husband is the head of the wife, even as Christ is the head of the church: and he is the saviour of the body.
Christ is the end of the church and we are expected to be part of the church.

Other scriptural references with respect to the study are
*3 John 1:9 I wrote unto the church: but Diotrephes, who loveth to have the preeminence among them, receiveth us not. 1:10 Wherefore, if I come, I will remember his deeds which he doeth, prating against us with malicious words: and not content therewith, neither doth he himself receive the brethren, and forbiddeth them that would, and casteth them out of the church.
*Acts 20:28 Take heed therefore unto yourselves, and to all the flock, over the which the Holy Ghost hath made you overseers, to feed the church of God, which he hath purchased with his own blood.
*Ephesians 3:10 To the intent that now unto the principalities and powers in heavenly places might be known by the church the manifold wisdom of God,
*Ecclesiastes 7:27 Behold, this have I found, saith the preacher, counting one by one, to find out the account:
*Matthew 16:18 And I say also unto thee, That thou art Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it.
*John 12:49 For I have not spoken of myself; but the Father which sent me, he gave me a commandment, what I should say, and what I should speak.
*Deuteronomy 18:18 I will raise them up a Prophet from among their brethren, like unto thee, and will put my words in his mouth; and he shall speak unto them all that I shall command him.
*Acts 22:20 And when the blood of thy martyr Stephen was shed, I also was standing by, and consenting unto his death, and kept the raiment of them that slew him.
*Isaiah 43:7 Even every one that is called by my name: for I have created him for my glory, I have formed him; yea, I have made him.
*Luke 9:20 He said unto them, But whom say ye that I am? Peter answering said, The Christ of God.
