Zoomed worship service 3/9/21

With grateful heart to God for His infinite mercy and the rear privilege to be part of the body of Christ, I want to say a 'Blessed Good day" to everyone here on the platform.
I am Ajah Kelvin and I want to share the lessons i gained from the yesterday worship service. It was awesome and i am sure it would be beneficially for those couldn't attend.
The best thing that can ever happen to us is being a true child of God because it is a criteria for God's promises being fulfilled in our lives.
*Isaiah 54:10 For the mountains shall depart, and the hills be removed; but my kindness shall not depart from thee, neither shall the covenant of my peace be removed, saith the LORD that hath mercy on thee. 54:11 O thou afflicted, tossed with tempest, and not comforted, behold, I will lay thy stones with fair colours, and lay thy foundations with sapphires. 54:12 And I will make thy windows of agates, and thy gates of carbuncles, and all thy borders of pleasant stones. 54:13 And all thy children shall be taught of the LORD; and great shall be the peace of thy children. 54:14 In righteousness shalt thou be established: thou shalt be far from oppression; for thou shalt not fear: and from terror; for it shall not come near thee. 54:15 Behold, they shall surely gather together, but not by me: whosoever shall gather together against thee shall fall for thy sake. 54:16 Behold, I have created the smith that bloweth the coals in the fire, and that bringeth forth an instrument for his work; and I have created the waster to destroy. 54:17 No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper; and every tongue that shall rise against thee in judgment thou shalt condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the LORD, and their righteousness is of me, saith the LORD.
*Isaiah 55:1 Ho, every one that thirsteth, come ye to the waters, and he that hath no money; come ye, buy, and eat; yea, come, buy wine and milk without money and without price. 55:2 Wherefore do ye spend money for that which is not bread? and your labour for that which satisfieth not? hearken diligently unto me, and eat ye that which is good, and let your soul delight itself in fatness. 55:3 Incline your ear, and come unto me: hear, and your soul shall live; and I will make an everlasting covenant with you, even the sure mercies of David. 55:4 Behold, I have given him for a witness to the people, a leader and commander to the people. 55:5 Behold, thou shalt call a nation that thou knowest not, and nations that knew not thee shall run unto thee because of the LORD thy God, and for the Holy One of Israel; for he hath glorified thee. 55:6 Seek ye the LORD while he may be found, call ye upon him while he is near:

As children of God ,we should be contented with what we have for God would never leave us nor forsake us.
*Hebrews 13:5 Let your conversation be without covetousness; and be content with such things as ye have: for he hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee. 13:6 So that we may boldly say, The Lord is my helper, and I will not fear what man shall do unto me.
We saw in a case where God through the Church of God reached out to the needs of two couples that had a son who had been lamed for 28 years. The couples were farmers and do work had to provide food for the family. God is always aware of our needs and HE knows how to meet those needs. We may just to be patient sometimes

The body of Christ is made up of different members and we shouldn't despise any. We should do good to one another so that those that are in need can get relief.
We need to keep atmost precaution too while taking of those that are victim of the pandemic ,so we don't ourselves infected with the virus. The hospitals are already overwhelmed with the casesa of the pandemic.

It's God's intention that we be in good health.
*3 John 1:2 Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth.
However, we have a role to play by ensuring we live and eat healthy. We must mind what we eat. For example, red meat is not very good for our health.
*Proverbs 23:20 Be not among winebibbers; among riotous eaters of flesh:

We should remember our God in the days of our youth when the evil days come not, because in the evil days, we would not be able to serve God properly. And hence we must keep reminding ourselves of this.
*Ecclesiastes 12:1 Remember now thy Creator in the days of thy youth, while the evil days come not, nor the years draw nigh, when thou shalt say, I have no pleasure in them; 12:2 While the sun, or the light, or the moon, or the stars, be not darkened, nor the clouds return after the rain: 12:3 In the day when the keepers of the house shall tremble, and the strong men shall bow themselves, and the grinders cease because they are few, and those that look out of the windows be darkened,

If we want God to love and protect us, then we must learn to love him too by obeying His word.
*1 John 5:3 For this is the love of God, that we keep his commandments: and his commandments are not grievous.
When we obey His word, then we are fullfilling His commandment.

We need to continue unto perfection by focusing on God's word
*Ephesians 2:10 For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them.
*Hebrews 6:1 Therefore leaving the principles of the doctrine of Christ, let us go on unto perfection; not laying again the foundation of repentance from dead works, and of faith toward God,
At the end, we would be judge of the good deeds of God we do and not of men.
*Ecclesiastes 12:13 Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter: Fear God, and keep his commandments: for this is the whole duty of man. 12:14 For God shall bring every work into judgment, with every secret thing, whether it be good, or whether it be evil.

When we die, it doesn' t necessarily mean that we perish, because those that are in Christ, would still live unto eternal life of happiness.
*Daniel 12:2 And many of them that sleep in the dust of the earth shall awake, some to everlasting life, and some to shame and everlasting contempt. 12:3 And they that be wise shall shine as the brightness of the firmament; and they that turn many to righteousness as the stars for ever and ever.
*John 5:28 Marvel not at this: for the hour is coming, in the which all that are in the graves shall hear his voice, 5:29 And shall come forth; they that have done good, unto the resurrection of life; and they that have done evil, unto the resurrection of damnation.
If we do the good of God, then we would see eternal life of happiness. John the Baptist was beheaded but because he does the good of God, he would spend the rest of eternity in Joy.
We should work out our salvation with fear and trembling.
*Philippians 2:10 That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth; 2:11 And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father. 2:12 Wherefore, my beloved, as ye have always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling.

For us to reach the end, we need patients
*Romans 2:7 To them who by patient continuance in well doing seek for glory and honour and immortality, eternal life:
There is an end we are all expecting but if are able to keep the law to the end.

The word of God is living and if continue to keep it in our heart ,it would continue to speak to us.
*Hebrews 4:12 For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.
*Psalms 119:11 Thy word have I hid in mine heart, that I might not sin against thee.

If we keep the law, then we are keeping Christ in our heart because Christ is the end of the law. If we obey the law, then it means we are have Christ. Christ dwell in our heart in the form of the word
*Romans 10:4 For Christ is the end of the law for righteousness to every one that believeth.
*Proverbs 7:2 Keep my commandments, and live; and my law as the apple of thine eye.

We should always have to examine ourselves if the is in us.
*2 Corinthians 13:5 Examine yourselves, whether ye be in the faith; prove your own selves. Know ye not your own selves, how that Jesus Christ is in you, except ye be reprobates?

We have someone personally in our heart which is Christ.
The word of God in our heart, gives us favour
*Proverbs 3:1 My son, forget not my law; but let thine heart keep my commandments: 3:2 For length of days, and long life, and peace, shall they add to thee. 3:3 Let not mercy and truth forsake thee: bind them about thy neck; write them upon the table of thine heart: 3:4 So shalt thou find favour and good understanding in the sight of God and man.

God bless us all till i come your way again.
