Feliz Inicio de semana familia Hive, que todos estén sanos y felices. Quiero comenzar la semana compartiendo con ustedes un tema de motivación y autoestima, para encender los motores, por si en algún momento alguien nos ha querido opacar o amedrentar con falsos comentarios.

Cuántas veces hemos escuchado cosas como estás ?

Nadie es indispensable.

El que se fue no hace falta.

A rey muerto, rey puesto.

De manera muy clara y fría, algunos se esfuerzan por hacernos creer que lo que hacemos es superfluo, que nuestro rol no es importante, uno de los peores ataques que pueden existir, porque afecta la autoestima, afecta los factores psicológicos de la mujer de una manera muy cruel, dejándola deprimida y, a menudo, aceptando esto como una verdad en el subconsciente.

Tal información puede tardar mucho en ser cuestionada, sobre todo por quienes la han escuchado desde temprana edad, por eso las mujeres nos unimos, buscamos información, buscamos fortalecernos y la palabra del momento es "empoderamiento", algo tan necesario e imprescindible para salir de ese pozo al que muchos intentan empujar a las mujeres en general.

Such information can take a long time to be questioned, especially by those who have heard it from an early age, that is why women unite, we seek information, we seek to strengthen ourselves and the word of the moment is "empowerment", something so necessary and essential to get out of that pit to which many try to push women in general.

En los momento de incertidumbre por el aislamiento impuesto por los gobiernos, el término "no imprescindible" se escuchó mucho siendo utilizado como cualquier otra palabra, como si fuera una palabra de sentido común, lo que hace Reflejamos que en general, los trabajos de millones de mujeres en el mundo, como costureras, peluqueras, vendedoras, manicuristas, jornaleras, cuidadoras, entre muchas otras, son las más afectadas, mujeres que buscan principalmente su dignidad en el trabajo y que luchan por mantenerse económicamente independientes, tener que además de aislarse con el momento en que todos sufren, tienen que escuchar que su trabajo, su fuente de sustento de vida, sería según unos pocos, algo supuestamente no imprescindible, un hecho que todos luchamos por conquistar, sabemos que no es cierto, lo que trajo como consecuencia el despido masivo de muchas.

Las Mujer siempre hemos luchado por ser lo que somos y por lo que tenemos, sabemos que nunca fue fácil, y este momento es otro de esos, en los que tenemos que demostrar de que estamos hecha. Cruzaremos esta barrera, lucharemos como mujeres, con nuestra resiliencia y todo el amor que podamos.

Recuerda que sí, eres muy imprescindible , eres guapa en muchos sentidos, tu trabajo y dedicación es fundamentalmente importante, no dejes que los momentos turbulentos se lleven a aceptar las mentiras, empoderate siempre con buena energía,. si eres indispensable, no solo las mujeres, sino cualquier ser humanos, ya que cada unos es único e inimitable, nunca dos personas podrán ser iguales.
