It has been a few years since technology appeared in our lives, we have done nothing but live super accelerated, we hear daily that thanks to technology communications have brought us closer to everything and everyone, but in particular and I think many think so has created an isolation and feel barriers. Nothing is the same as before, children do not play because they are glued to their cell phones and face-to-face meetings are increasingly replaced by video calls. Leaving aside cell phones and rushing to enjoy personal meetings that allow us to create moments where the bonds of love and personal unity are strengthened is priceless and irreplaceable.

Hace ya unos cuantos años desde que la tecnología apareció en nuestras vidas, no hemos hecho más que vivir super acelerados, escuchamos a diario que gracias a la tecnología las comunicaciones nos han acercado con todo y con todos, pero en lo particular y creo que muchos piensan así se a creado un aislamiento y siento de barreras. Ya nada es igual que antes, los niños no juegan por estar pegados al móvil y los encuentros cara cara cada vez se sustituyen más por videos llamada. Dejar de lado los móviles y prisa por disfrutar encuentros personales que nos permitan crear los momentos donde se estrechan los lazos amor, y unidad personales no tiene precio son insustituibles.
I'm more of an industrial chocolate lover than an artisan type, but to make my friends happy, today I'm preparing one for them. Making plans to go out for chocolate or get together at home to drink it starts an adventure of sharing in order to relax tensions and have a good conversation. We decide to pause, to put aside the routine and the pressures of everyday life, to give moments with those people who are important to us. Even though I don't like handmade chocolate very much, I prepare it and it is very good because I had an excellent teacher who taught me how to make it, so we met at a friend's house so I could prepare it and share a delicious cup of hot chocolate.
Soy más del chocolate industrial que del tipo artesanal pero por ver felices a mis amigos hoy preparo uno para ellos. Hacer planes para salir a tomar chocolate o reunirnos en casa para tomarlo inicia una aventura de compartir en para relajar tensiones y tener una buena conversación. Decidimos hacer una pausa, poner a un lado la rutina y las presiones del día a día, para regalaremos momentos con aquellas personas que son importantes para nosotros. A pesar de que no me agrada mucho el chocolate tipo artesanal lo preparo y queda muy bien ya que tuve una excelente maestra que me enseñó como hacerlo , así que nos reunimos en casa de una amiga para que yo lo preparará y compartir de una rica taza de chocolate caliente.
The good moments we lived remain in us, helping us to live with joy, with positive attitudes and above all a lot of happiness. Sharing this cup of chocolate has been the perfect opportunity to make plans, to console ourselves, to laugh, to plan other activities and to understand once again that both joys and problems are always lighter when shared.
Los buenos momentos que vivimos permanecen en nosotros, ayudándonos a vivir con alegría, con actitudes positivas y sobre todo mucha felicidad. Compartir esta taza de chocolate ha sido la oportunidad perfecta hacer planes, consolarnos, reirnos, planificar otras actividades y comprender una vez más que tanto, las alegrías como los problemas siempre son más ligeros compartidos.
Chocolate is the perfect excuse to share and encourage us to get together at any time and enjoy those who are important in our lives.
We were not born to be isolated, we are social beings, and being with others strengthens and harmonizes us. We all need those personal relationships that do us good, helping us to maintain balance in our minds and emotions.

No nacimos para estar aislados somo seres sociales, y estar con otros nos fortalece y armoniza. Todos necesitamos de esas relaciones personales que nos hacen bien ayudándonos a mantener el equilibrio en nuestra mente y en nuestras emociones.
