PREPARING A RICH VENEZUELAN MANGO JELLY

Mango is rich in iodine, vitamin C and turpentine, it is one of the fundamental elements of Thai, Cambodian and Hindu gastronomies, and also of our beautiful Venezuela.
MANGO JELLY
This month is the mango season and I prepared this delicious delicacy typical of our land, Mango Jelly, is made with mangoes, sugar, and a little vanilla, the result is a firm jelly or delicacy with a tasty acid with a generally delicious flavor.

Preparation
1 Put the green mangoes together with a little water in a saucepan and cook covered until soft.
2 Let cool and separate the pulp from the mangoes of the seeds.
3 Strain the pulp, weigh and add an amount of sugar equivalent to the weight of the pulp.
4 Bring to the fire and when it boils, stir constantly with a wooden spoon, add vanilla and stir.
5 Cook until it comes off the bottom of the cauldron.
6 Pour the jelly into a bowl and let cool 1 hour.
Mango trees are large and leafy, they give a splendid shade and fruit by quantity, their leaves and bark are used to control hypertension.
