In recent years, we have witnessed a boom in baby Unicorns that has kept all Khymians on edge. Unlike their older relatives, these little ones possess a charming character and already exhibit their magical powers, although they are not yet aware of their own sacredness. However, their tendency to wander wherever they please often gets them into trouble, creating unexpected cosmic situations.

In my illustration, I wanted to depict the innocence and sweetness of an anime-style baby Unicorn. Imagine this little white being, with violet crest and horn, sitting among pink clouds and a radiant rainbow as the backdrop. The combination of vibrant colors and carefully designed details aims to convey the magic that emanates from these beings as they explore the world around them.

With little Unicorns roaming the streets of Shimmer City, Khymians are on the edge of their nerves, yet they cannot resist the charm of these magical creatures. Despite being small, baby Unicorns are already bearers of magical powers, and my goal was to capture that duality between their fragility and the cosmic influence they carry.

• There has been a Unicorn baby boom in the last few years that has all Khymians nervous. Baby Unicorns are much better natured than their older relatives. They already possess magical powers, but they’re simply adorable, and they do not yet realize that they are sacred. The problem is that they tend to wander wherever they please, often getting themselves into trouble. Terrible cosmic events always happen when a Unicorn is killed, even if the Unicorn is small. With small Unicorns wandering the streets of Shimmer City, the Khymians are on edge.

• En los últimos años se ha producido un boom de bebés Unicornio que tiene nerviosos a todos los khymianos. Los bebés Unicornio tienen mucho mejor carácter que sus parientes mayores. Ya poseen poderes mágicos, pero son simplemente adorables, y aún no se dan cuenta de que son sagrados. El problema es que tienden a vagar por donde les place, metiéndose a menudo en problemas. Process / Proceso

The creation of my Baby Unicorn fan art was an exciting journey through digital realms, where each brushstroke and detail contributed to bringing this endearing being to life. I began with the sketch, allowing myself to freely explore the lines and shapes that would shape my unique interpretation of the anime-style Baby Unicorn. I immersed myself in the essence of its tenderness, ensuring that each stroke reflected the innocence and magic I wanted to convey.

After finalizing the sketch, I embarked on the outlining process, giving firmness to the forms and contours. It was a meticulous process, where every curve and detail became crucial in expressing the delicacy of the Unicorn. As I outlined, I made sure to capture the essence of its violet crest and horn, distinctive elements that would stand out in the final design.

Coloring was the stage where the art truly came to life. I carefully selected a palette of vibrant colors, focusing on soft and pastel tones to enhance the tender atmosphere I sought. Working with layers, I gradually overlaid colors to achieve the desired depth and texture in the Baby Unicorn's fur. Each hue was chosen with precision to capture light and shadow accurately.

Applying shadows and highlights was the finishing touch that added dimension and vitality to the drawing.
