Me llamaron para realizar una inspección de una lavadora fuera de mi sector, así que tuve que caminar aproximadamente tres kilómetros, con el moral de las herramientas, según el cliente la lavadora había dejado de lavar. Al llegar a la casa del cliente comencé mi faena, lo primero fue poner en marcha el aparato de lavado, pude observar que el motor trabajaba muy bien, lo siguiente fue probar su fuerza al intentar sujetar el aspa, ahí estaba la falla pude sujetar el aspa y el motor continuaba trabajando, lo siguiente fue sacar la transmisión donde se estaba presentando la falla. Le notifique al cliente donde estaba la falla y la posible solución “cambiarla por una nueva o usada pero en buenas condiciones”.

Existen ocasiones que el cliente no cree mucho en lo que le informa el técnico y para estos tiempos a veces tienen razón, por tanto engaño que aplican algunos, ya sea por falta de conocimientos o por lucrarse indebidamente. En casi todos mis diagnósticos le demuestro al cliente la falla y esta no fue la excepción, así que comencé a extraer la pieza dañada.The customer asked me what caused the damage to the part? En esta oportunidad de verdad que las cosas salieron bien, lo digo porque el tornillo que sujeta el aspa no estaba pegado por el sarro cuando se deja acumular mucho, así que desacople el pasador de agua del drenaje quite la correa que va del motor a la transmisión y por ultimo quite los tornillos que agarran la pieza antes mencionada, cabe destacar que esta si estaba un poco pegada por el sarro así utilice una pequeña mandarria y un pedazo de madera, al cabo de tres golpes salió sin ningún tipo de daño. Una vez afuera la transmisión sostuve la parte superior de ella y comencé a girar la parte inferior, esto para demostrarle al cliente que la esta pieza estaba dañada internamente, ella lleva unos pequeños engranajes que con el tiempo sufren desgaste y por ende dejan de trabajar.

El daño es profundo como puedo ver en las fotos, sin duda esta muy desgastado y debes cambiarlo minimo, pero no todo esta perdido, al menos la tina y la base no se ven en mal estado, quizas cambiando el motor y el sistema de transmision pudiera dar uno o dos años de vida mas, hasta que se rompa la tina claro, en ese punto ya es declarada una lavadora como "legalmente muerta".
