The Story of Arun and Varun (Episode 01)

A long time ago. A king had two sons. Arun and Varun. Varun is older and Arun is younger. Arun and Varun were small then. The king went hunting in the forest. A witch lived in that forest. When she heard about the arrival of the king, she thought that if she could enter the palace as the king's wife, she would be able to spend her whole life happily. So she dressed up as a beautiful woman and sat in the forest. And the king became mad at her appearance and married her. He came to the palace with him.

One day Arun and Varun were playing ball. Suddenly the ball hit the queen and she was furious. He sued the king and sought punishment. The king was so mad in his form that he did whatever the queen told him. The younger queen said she would bathe in the blood of Arun and Varuna and their mother. The king heard this and took them to the executioner to be sacrificed but the executioner did not sacrifice them, told Arun and Varuna to go either way and promised to keep their mother safe. Then Arun and Varuna went to another forest. Arun felt very thirsty for water so Varun went to fetch water for him from a distant pond and in between an incident happened.

A king of a neighboring kingdom dies but has no heir. Now who will sit on the throne? There is a lot of talk going on in that state about this. Wise people came up with an idea. The king has a very faithful elephant who understands people's good and bad. So he was released and told that whoever brings this elephant will be the king of this kingdom.
