地道南昌菜

南昌菜有个特点那就是辣,而且是那种入味的辣,吃起来当然非常爽,不过一般人倒也吃不了这种辣。外地人一般会让老板少辣,或者做成微微辣,虽然少了些许灵魂但毕竟能吃得了才是王道。

虽然我不是南昌人,不过跟着南昌当地的朋友吃过好多次当地菜,对于南昌菜我稍微有那么一点研究,南昌菜比较有代表的有,烧凤爪、烧甲鱼、鱼头豆腐、血鸭,红烧鱼块等等。

前几日由于和领导、各地来的同事一起,所以吃的都是他们喜欢吃的一些菜品,都不是太辣,大众口味,说实在话不怎么过瘾。

昨日终于有机会单飞,我就迫不及待地约了两位朋友去了一家附近的小菜馆。小菜馆虽然小,但每天都人满为患,我都观察好几天了,就餐还得提前预约,这家做的就是地道南昌菜,当地人看样子都爱过来吃。

昨晚我们点上了血鸭、甲鱼仔、鱼头豆腐、芹菜牛肉等等菜品,那叫吃的一个过瘾啊,三个人光喝啤酒就干掉了一箱多。不过快乐的时光貌似都是短暂的,明日展会完事我就要和同事们回深圳了,下次想再吃地道南昌菜就不知道什么时候了。呵呵。
