地道南昌菜
南昌菜有个特点那就是辣，而且是那种入味的辣，吃起来当然非常爽，不过一般人倒也吃不了这种辣。外地人一般会让老板少辣，或者做成微微辣，虽然少了些许灵魂但毕竟能吃得了才是王道。
虽然我不是南昌人，不过跟着南昌当地的朋友吃过好多次当地菜，对于南昌菜我稍微有那么一点研究，南昌菜比较有代表的有，烧凤爪、烧甲鱼、鱼头豆腐、血鸭，红烧鱼块等等。
前几日由于和领导、各地来的同事一起，所以吃的都是他们喜欢吃的一些菜品，都不是太辣，大众口味，说实在话不怎么过瘾。
昨日终于有机会单飞，我就迫不及待地约了两位朋友去了一家附近的小菜馆。小菜馆虽然小，但每天都人满为患，我都观察好几天了，就餐还得提前预约，这家做的就是地道南昌菜，当地人看样子都爱过来吃。
昨晚我们点上了血鸭、甲鱼仔、鱼头豆腐、芹菜牛肉等等菜品，那叫吃的一个过瘾啊，三个人光喝啤酒就干掉了一箱多。不过快乐的时光貌似都是短暂的，明日展会完事我就要和同事们回深圳了，下次想再吃地道南昌菜就不知道什么时候了。呵呵。
