运动营养要跟上

前段时间给媳妇买了一台跑步机,媳妇甚是开心,带着娃天天跑,还跟我壮志豪情地说三个月内她一定要减到一百斤。呵呵,锻炼是好事,她有决心我当然支持,至于能不能减肥,我一直的态度就是她开心就好。

媳妇每天五公里坚持了两个星期,还行,貌似体重还真减了一些,她也甚是开心,每天还把她跑的公里数发给我“炫耀”。不过前几日我没再收到她发的公里数,当时有些奇怪,直到昨天打电话过去询问才得知媳妇可能运动过量了出现了不适。额…

媳妇跟我说她的小腿自从连续跑了两天十公里之后开始肿了,而且还有些疼。她不敢再跑了,休息了两天,这两天肿虽然消失了,但膝盖那儿还隐隐作疼。我让她去医院看看,她执拗地觉得她可以自己调节过来,不想去医院。

没办法,我也只能嘱咐她在家多涂点外敷的药,减少运动,另外多吃点肉,补充蛋白质。为啥让媳妇要补充些蛋白质呢?是因为在跟媳妇探讨病情的时候,她告诉我为了实现更好的减肥,她自运动开始一直吃素,牛奶也戒了。我一听,八成她这症状就是因为运动过量,营养不足导致的,不是缺钙就是缺蛋白质引起的。

媳妇说她根据我的建议再看看,如果这个星期还没好,她再去医院看看。我感觉媳妇一直有些“讳疾忌医”,小的不舒适从来不去医院看,我也没法,只能听之任之。希望媳妇能快点好转起来吧。
