The Fiesty Flock - SMAP 252

We all know this saying "birds of a feather, flock together"? And probably have used it in some of our conversations, right? Well, I'm here to tell you that the chickens at my parents' yard have proved that saying to be true 💯. 😂

These chickens are a force to be reckoned with. They're one hell of a stubborn chickens, fearless, boundary-less, and foodies - rather gluttons. Lol.

They'll peck at anything they think is food. If you leave any edible stuff out by mistake - dry fish, pepper, fruits etc, they'll be there in a flash, flogging to peck at it. Like, they'll even jump on you if they smell food. Lol.

I recall the time I went to refill their water trough , they almost jumped on me.

Wait, I see food over there, let's go check it out. 😂

She's checking out coconut shell. Sadly it's empty.

Here's the head of the flock, the most fiesty of them all. A bully to the core, ready to peck on the food in the other chicken's beak. But when she's feeding, no other chicken comes near.

To top it all, they're crafty: they even fly into the backyard protector gates, squeezing through gaps, just to look for food. Shoo them away, and the next minute, they're flocking right back. In fact, these chickens are relentless food hunters. Ah!

Off to scavenge at the nearby garden.

Here they are, feasting on pawpaw peels.

She grabbed a bunch and off she went to feast alone. 😅

Sometimes, I wonder how in ko-ko-ko's name did they end up having chickens that are so feisty. 😂 Gosh!

Well, despite their somewhat unruly behaviors, they're kinda fun and makes the yard lively. At least, the kids have fun pursuing them around. But argghh!, they mess up the yard with their dumplings. Yuck!
