Brownie with Arequipe Milkshake

Hacer postres o bebidas dulces es algo que me encanta, ya que esas dosis de azĂşcar suele alegrarme la vida y me pone un poco más activa de lo normal. Con respecto a las bebidas, me encanta demasiado hacer diferentes tipos de cafĂ© y tambiĂ©n de Malteadas Definitivamente las Malteadas son unas bebidas que amo demasiado, ya que combinan mis ingredientes favoritos como lo es el helado, hielo, leche y el sabor principal que pueden ser oreos, chocolate, toddy, arequipe, vainillas y muchĂsimos más. En esta oportunidad tenĂa bastantes ganas de una nueva malteada y aprovechando una deliciosa torta de chocolate que estaba en mi nevera, no perdĂ tiempo para probarla en combinaciĂłn con Arequipe.

Regarding drinks, I love making different types of coffee and also Malteadas. Definitely Malteadas are drinks that I love too much, since they combine my favorite ingredients such as ice cream, ice, milk and the main flavor that can be oreos, chocolate, toddy, arequipe, vanilla and many more. This time I was looking forward to a new milkshake and taking advantage of a delicious chocolate cake that was in my fridge, I wasted no time to try it in combination with Arequipe.

Horas antes de hacer esta Malteada comencĂ© con un paso muy importante, los cubitos de leche, resulta que para hacer una malteada uno de los ingredientes mas importantes es el Helado, pero como yo no tenĂa ni tampoco podĂa ir tan lejos a comprar uno, decidĂ resolver y hacer unos cubos de hielo de leche, ya que la leche bien pura y congelada resulta ser un poco más cremosa y podĂa funcionar bien. AsĂ que tome un vaso de agua y bastante leche en polvo, lo batĂ y coloque en la cubeta de hielo, para llevarla al congelador durante 6 horas aproximadamente. Pasado ese tiempo pude hacer la malteada, primero coloque arequipe en mi vaso, despuĂ©s vaciĂ© toda la cubeta de hielo de leche en el vaso de la licuadora, coloque el brownie que pique en trozos pequeños, agregue 3 cucharadas de leche en polvo, 2 cucharadas de azĂşcar, un poco de arequipe para dar un toque más dulce y agua. Luego licuĂ© durante 2 minutos aproximadamente y servĂ en el vaso.
Hours before making this milkshake I started with a very important step, the milk cubes, it turns out that to make a milkshake one of the most important ingredients is ice cream, but since I didn't have any and I couldn't go that far to buy some, I decided to solve and make some milk ice cubes, since pure and frozen milk is a little creamier and could work well. So I took a glass of water and a lot of powdered milk, whipped it up and put it in the ice cube tray and put it in the freezer for about 6 hours. After that time I could make the milkshake, first I put arequipe in my glass, then I emptied the whole ice cube tray of milk in the blender glass, put the brownie that I chopped into small pieces, add 3 tablespoons of powdered milk, 2 tablespoons of sugar, a little arequipe to give a sweeter touch and water. Then I blended for about 2 minutes and served in the glass.
Ya habĂa probado una Malteada de Brownie anteriormente en una tienda que me gusta bastante, asĂ que ya tenĂa una idea sobre la consistencia y del sabor. Me gustĂł bastante ya que fue super fácil de hacer, aunque mi favorita siempre será la de Oreo y la de Toddy. Esta malteada tiene un sabor muy a chocolate y su consistencia es como si fuesen brositas de torta, y como le coloque unos trozos de torta al final, fue como transformar un brownie en una torta tres leches, ya que estaba super mojado y el sabor fue muchĂsimo mejor. I had already tasted a Brownie Milkshake before in a store that I like a lot, so I already had an idea about the consistency and taste. I quite liked it as it was super easy to make, although my favorite will always be the Oreo and Toddy. This milkshake has a very chocolatey flavor and its consistency is like cake sprinkles, and since I put some pieces of cake at the end, it was like transforming a brownie into a tres leches cake, since it was super moist and the flavor was much better.
