Creamy Coffee Liqueur

Para una amante del café y del alcohol, un licor cremoso de café es una excelente opción para tener en la nevera. Hace bastante tiempo tuve la oportunidad de probar un Café Frio con Whisky que me gustó muchísimo, lo trate de intentar en mi casa y la verdad me gustó también, pero sentí que pudo haber quedado mejor, admito que con el tiempo me fui olvidando de eso. En diciembre mi mamá realizo un Ponche de Café que estuvo bastante delicioso, de hecho lo publico en esta comunidad, y aunque me gustó bastante el sabor, su procedimiento siento que se me dificultaría un poco, así que me di a la tarea de buscar una receta un poco más sencilla y aquí vengo a presentárselas.
For a coffee and alcohol lover, a creamy coffee liqueur is an excellent option to have in the fridge. Some time ago I had the opportunity to try a Cold Coffee with Whisky that I liked very much, I tried it at home and I really liked it too, but I felt that it could have been better, I admit that with time I forgot about it. In December my mom made a Coffee Punch that was quite delicious, in fact I publish it in this community, and although I quite liked the taste, its procedure I feel that it would be a little difficult for me, so I gave myself the task of looking for a recipe a little simpler and here I come to present it to you.
Ingredients
- Whisky
- Cacao en Polvo | Cocoa Powder
- Café Instantáneo | Instant Coffee
- Leche Condensada | Condensed Milk
- Leche Liquida y en Polvo | Liquid and Powdered Milk
Lo genial de esta receta es que solo necesitamos una licuadora para unir todos los ingredientes, comencé añadiendo una lata completa de leche condensada, luego una taza de leche liquida y dos cucharadas de leche en polvo, esto para hacerlo un poco más espeso. Seguidamente coloque 1 cucharada de cacao y media taza de café expreso, el cual realicé con café instantáneo. también podemos agregar un poquito de vainilla, luego coloque el Whisky, yo utilicé unos 150ML de este licor, la verdad estuve utilizando un Licor de Whisky llamado Gran Lord, el cual tiene 40° de Alcohol, perfecto para realizar este tipo de bebidas. Después de licuar unos cuantos segundos para que se integraran muy bien los ingredientes, solo me quedó servir con bastante hielo en un vaso y el resto almacenarlo a una botella de vidrio para llevarlo a la nevera.
The great thing about this recipe is that we only need a blender to combine all the ingredients, I started by adding a full can of condensed milk, then a cup of liquid milk and two tablespoons of powdered milk, this to make it a little thicker. Then I added 1 tablespoon of cocoa and half a cup of espresso coffee, which I made with instant coffee. We can also add a little bit of vanilla, then I added the Whisky, I used about 150ML of this liquor, the truth is I was using a Whisky Liqueur called Gran Lord, which has 40° of Alcohol, perfect to make this kind of drinks. After blending for a few seconds so that the ingredients were well integrated, I only had to serve it with plenty of ice in a glass and the rest in a glass bottle to take it to the fridge.
Con esta cantidad de ingredientes podemos sacar unos solidos 0.75L de este licor cremoso, me queda pendiente ajustar las cantidades para poder tener un Litro completo. A mi me encantan mucho las bebidas dulces, soy bastante fan de ellas y si puedo tener en mi nevera un poco de licor para disfrutar de algunos días, sin abusar demasiado, mejor todavía. Después que se me termine esta botella estoy segura que lo haré de nuevo, pero quiero intentarlo con un mejor Whisky y una cantidad un poco más grande de café, tenia su sabor pero estaba un poco leve y quisiera que me quedara un poco más fuerte de café, así que lo estaré haciendo pronto. With this amount of ingredients we can get a solid 0.75L of this creamy liqueur, I still have to adjust the quantities to have a full liter. I love sweet drinks very much, I am quite a fan of them and if I can have some liqueur in my fridge to enjoy for a few days, without abusing too much, even better. After I run out of this bottle I am sure I will make it again, but I want to try it with a better Whisky and a slightly larger amount of coffee, I had its flavor but it was a little light and I would like it to be a little stronger with coffee, so I will be making it soon. Like you, I've tried coffee punch, but I've never made it.
Now seeing this recipe, I will try it. What I like the most is that all the ingredients are ready, you don't have to cook anything beforehand.

Al igual que tu, he probado el ponche de café, pero nunca lo he preparado.
Ahora viendo esta receta, lo intentare. Lo que mas me gusta es que todos los ingredientes están listos, no hay que cocinar nada previamente.
