Si hay una comunidad que extrañaba tanto en Hive es esta, no saben las ganas que tenía de compartir nuevamente mi pasión por el líquido vital, el café. La verdad el motivo de mi desaparición es que mi forma favorita para compartir este tipo de contenido, es visitando cafeterías o reseñando cafés en general, además no me gusta ser repetitiva. Así que se podrán imaginar que he estado bastante baja de ideas innovadoras. Pero, pero, pero, no todo es gris en este mundo, ya que recientemente tuve un viaje del cual les he compartido par de cosas, entre ellas fui a una cafetería y para mí siempre es importante conocer el sabor del café de otros estados de mi país, así que los dejo con la reseña sobre toda esta aventura.

El pasado miércoles estuve en Puerto la Cruz, estado Anzoátegui, donde me encontraba haciendo unas diligencias, en ese proceso debo admitir que me dio mucho sueño, necesitaba algo que me activará mucho y lo mejor siempre es un café. Nos encontrábamos caminando por el Paseo Colon, justo saliendo del McDonald's y una cuadra después observé dos panaderías, bastante llenas de gente. Por mi cabeza paso "las panaderías de Venezuela casi siempre tienen café" por lo menos, una máquina de Nescafé. Entramos a la que me pareció más linda y efectivamente si había. Al llegar me gustó bastante el lugar, un sitio lindo adentro con un aire acondicionado, así que no hacía mucho calor, con par de lugares para sentarse. Y afuera con muchas mesas y sus respectivas sillas, para sentir el clima, en ese momento mi mente quería frescura para disfrutar del café sin derretirme y nos quedamos adentro, observando la bella vista.

Last Wednesday I was in Puerto la Cruz, Anzoátegui state, where I was running some errands, in that process I must admit that I got very sleepy, I needed something that would activate me a lot and the best thing is always a coffee. We were walking along the Paseo Colon, just outside the McDonald's and a block later I saw two bakeries, quite full of people. In my mind I thought "bakeries in Venezuela almost always have coffee" at least one Nescafe machine. We went into the one I thought was the nicest and indeed there was. When we arrived I quite liked the place, a nice place inside with air conditioning, so it was not too hot, with a couple of places to sit. And outside with many tables and their respective chairs, to feel the weather, at that moment my mind wanted coolness to enjoy the coffee without melting and we stayed inside, watching the beautiful view.

Algo que me da muchísima risa y que me pasa mucho en cada cafetería que voy, es la apreciación de los tamaños "pequeño, mediano y grande", me ha tocado ir a lugares donde el tamaño pequeño para mí es una media, el grande muy grande y el mediano superpequeño, es toda una lotería. Entonces cuando me dicen que hay café pequeño y grande, pensé que el grande seria de tamaño mediano, pedí ese y resulto ser muy grande. Como mi café era expreso, me asuste un poco, ya que cení que era demasiado, además era el real café expreso, estaba superintenso, me costó mucho tomármelo. El café venía con dos sobres de azúcar, para esa cantidad sentí que era muy poco, me había quedado un poco amargo, pero me lo tomé así porque me daba pena pedir más, debo admitirlo. Hasta que cuando llevaba la mitad del café, mi novio pidió dos sobres de azúcar más y cuando le coloque uno a la taza, definitivamente fui feliz.

Something that makes me laugh a lot and that happens to me a lot in every coffee shop I go to, is the appreciation of the sizes "small, medium and large", I have had to go to places where the small size for me is an average, the large is very large and the medium is super small, it's a lottery. So when they tell me that there is small and large coffee, I thought that the large would be medium size, I asked for that one and it turned out to be very large. As my coffee was espresso, I was a little scared, as I thought it was too much, besides it was the real espresso, it was super intense, I had a hard time drinking it. The coffee came with two packets of sugar, for that amount I felt it was too little, it was a little bitter, but I drank it that way because I was embarrassed to ask for more, I must admit it. Until halfway through the coffee, my boyfriend asked for two more sugar packets and when I put one in the cup, I was definitely happy.
