Poco a poco nos hemos acostumbrado al uso de la mascarilla, no es algo de extrañar a nadie que esta ultima forme parte del día a día de cada persona que sale a la calle. Es nuestro deber social para protegernos y proteger a los demás. Por mi parte siempre que la uso en el diario trato de usar poco o nada de maquillaje, por muchos motivos importantes, pero cuando se me presenta una ocasión especial si que lo uso, pero de una manera diferente.

Little by little we have become accustomed to the use of the mask, it is not surprising that this last one is part of the day to day of every person that goes out to the street. It is our social duty to protect ourselves and others. For my part, whenever I use it in my daily life, I try to use little or no makeup, for many important reasons, but when I have a special occasion, I do use it, but in a different way.

El motivo principal por el cual no uso casi maquillaje en el diario es muy claro, no es bueno para la piel llevarlo en las zonas donde cubre la mascarilla. Esto puede generar problemas pequeños o grandes a la piel, ya que el roce y la humedad (sumando el maquillaje) puede hacer que aparezca el llamado "maskne" o acne por mascarilla, irritación, dermatitis, deshidratación, entre otros daños.

The main reason why I don't use almost any makeup in the newspaper is very clear, it is not good for the skin to wear it in the areas where the mask covers. This can generate small or big problems to the skin, since the rubbing and the humidity (adding the makeup) can make appear the so called "maskne" or acne by mask, irritation, dermatitis, dehydration, among other damages.

Lo ideal es tener un muy buen cuidado de la piel, no exfoliar demasiado, ni usar ningún producto que pueda irritar más la piel, en enfoque debe estar en la buena limpieza, mantener la barrera de la piel fortalecida para contrarrestar los efectos negativos. Evitar la frecuencia del uso de los Alfa hidroxiácidos, los Beta hidroxiácidos, los ácidos salicílicos (Con una vez al día es suficiente) y otros ingredientes un poco más agresivos. Hidratar muy bien la piel es muy importante, el uso del Ácido Hialuronico, Niacinamida, Vitamina B5, entre muchos otros activos gentiles para la piel.

Como la mirada es el enfoque, me hice un maquillaje en tonos verde. Para que resaltaran aun más, implementando la técnica del corte de cuenca y aplicando en ella un tono metálico claro, mezclandolo con un verde Shimmer entre el tono matte. Aplicando un tono de luz en el lagrimal, llevando los tonos mattes en la línea inferior de las pestañas. Finalizo con pestañas postizas y lápiz negro en la línea de agua.

Since the look is the focus, I did my makeup in shades of green. To make them stand out even more, I implemented the technique of the basin cut and applied a light metallic shade, mixing it with a green Shimmer between the matte shade. Applying a tone of light in the teardrop, taking the matte tones in the lower line of the eyelashes. Finish with false lashes and black pencil on the water line.

Para la piel únicamente me enfoqué en las áreas donde llega a tocar la mascarilla, llevando una base de baja cobertura, un poco de corrector y polvo para sellar el maquillaje, con el fin que dure mucho más tiempo. No aplique rubor ni realicé los contornos, solo un poco de iluminador mucho más arriba de lo normal para que este se alcanzara a notar.

For the skin I only focus on the areas where the mask touches, taking a low-coverage base, a little concealer and powder to seal the makeup, in order to last much longer. I did not apply blush or contour, just a little bit of highlighter much higher than normal so it would be noticeable.
