Dejando de lado todas esas series de fantasía y drama adolescentes, hay otro tipo de genero que me gusta mucho, el Thriller psicológico, ese que te deja pensando que es lo que va a pasar y como va a pasar, me gusta porque me mantiene entretenida, Mi serie favorita de este genero es YOU, me he visto todas sus temporadas y actualmente la estoy viendo de nuevo solo para disfrutarla otra vez. Pero, luego de terminar la temporada 4 (Primera parte), me di cuenta que habían cambiado muchas cosas en la trama y he leído opiniones un tanto negativas al respecto, así que no quise quedarme sin dar mis opiniones sobre lo nuevo de YOU.

Leaving aside all those fantasy and teenage drama series, there is another kind of genre that I like a lot, the psychological thriller, the one that leaves you thinking what is going to happen and how it is going to happen, I like it because it keeps me entertained, My favorite series of this genre is YOU, I have seen all its seasons and I am currently watching it again just to enjoy it again. But, after finishing season 4 (Part 1), I realized that they had changed a lot of things in the plot and I have read some negative opinions about it, so I didn't want to stay without giving my opinions about the new YOU.

YOU nos presentaba la historia de Joe Goldberg, un chico con una habilidad innata para obsesionarse con mujeres, haciendo todo lo posible por estar con ellas, desde acosar, espiar, manipular, matar, para lograr ser "feliz". A Joe lo vimos pasar de Candace, Beck, Love y su ultimo interés amoroso, Marianne, con la cual no pudo estar porque ella escapó al enterarse de lo que el era capaz. Entonces por cosas del destino, Joe termina de vacaciones por Londres, viviendo una nueva vida y adoptando el nombre de Jhonatan Moore, un profesor universitario. Pero, Joe también tiene una habilidad sorprendente para meterse en problemas, por lo que termina en un grupo de ricos millonarios bastante malcriados y algo violentos. Then, as fate would have it, Joe ends up vacationing in London, living a new life and adopting the name Jhonatan Moore, a university professor. But, Joe also has an uncanny ability to get into trouble, so he ends up in a group of rich millionaires who are quite spoiled and somewhat violent. And if that wasn't enough, someone tries to frame Joe for the murder of a member of that group of friends, so Joe ends up being stalked by a stranger.

Anteriormente Joe había ido a Paris, luego de lo ocurrido con su esposa Love, según él, iba a conquistar a su amor Marianne para demostrarle que era una buena persona, cuando la encontró estaba en Londres, pero esta no quería nada con él, evidentemente. Luego de dejarla ir, un hombre intercepta a Joe, con intenciones de matarlo en nombre del padre de Love Quinn, aunque decide dejarlo con vida dándole otra oportunidad, encargándole únicamente que no se meta en problemas y que mate a Marianne. Joe decide no hacerlo y la deja ir con vida, para demostrarle que el era una mejor persona, eso nos da a entender que Joe no es el mismo que vimos en las primeras dos temporadas, realmente esta cambiando.

Previously Joe had gone to Paris, after what happened with his wife Love, according to him, he was going to conquer his love Marianne to show her that he was a good person, when he found her he was in London, but she wanted nothing to do with him, evidently. After letting her go, a man intercepts Joe, with intentions of killing him in the name of Love Quinn's father, although he decides to leave him alive giving him another chance, charging him only to stay out of trouble and kill Marianne. Joe decides not to do it and lets her go alive, to show her that he was a better person, that gives us to understand that Joe is not the same we saw in the first two seasons, he is really changing.

Cuando la vida tranquila de Joe se ve interrumpida por su acosador y ese grupo de amigos millonarios, evidentemente nos muestran que todos pueden ser sospechosos, pero realmente varios de los personajes son bastante vacíos, no aportan mucho y cuando parece que ya saben quien es el culpable, muere. Eso lleva a Joe en los 5 capítulos a buscar quien es el asesino, "enamorándose" en el proceso de Kate, una integrante del grupo y vecina de Joe. Al final nos muestran que el asesino es el menos esperado por todos, pero que desde el capitulo 3 ya me esperaba yo que era, algo me lo decía. Creo que fue el villano más acertado, porque realmente está a la altura del gran Joe.

When Joe's quiet life is interrupted by his stalker and that group of millionaire friends, we are obviously shown that they can all be suspects, but really several of the characters are pretty empty, they don't contribute much and when it seems they already know who the culprit is, he dies. That leads Joe in the 5 chapters to look for who the murderer is, "falling in love" in the process with Kate, a member of the group and Joe's neighbor. In the end we are shown that the murderer is the least expected by all, but that since chapter 3 I expected it to be, something told me so. I think he was the most successful villain, because he is really at the height of the great Joe.
