Weekends in this city are usually related to the beach or something very refreshing since it is very hot. Last Saturday I was arriving from my trip, I was in Caripe and I was really planning to stay at home resting, but we had been invited the day before to a birthday party at a swimming pool that is just outside the city. Honestly I thought we were not going to go because the family car was bad, but we decided to go and in a cab we arrived at the place.

The location was on the highway of Cumana, in a park called Diverty, which is super nice but being so far away from all the movement of the city, we almost forgot it exists, I honestly think it is more for children than adults, because all the pools are low, has slides and attractions that distract the little ones of the house.

This time we were at a birthday party for a 1 year old boy, which is the son of a cousin of my mom, the theme was safari, very nice and they had entertainers who were doing dynamics to the children and some adults too. The music was 90% children's music, which had me in a daze, until almost the end of the party when they played more modern music but the lights went out and that was it.

I was really enjoying myself because I was with some family members that I like, there was plenty of food and of course the beers that can never be missing. In my opinion, it was a nice birthday and it was quite entertaining, I would have liked to have arrived earlier to eat even more.
