Ustedes saben que cada semana les comparto, casi todos los martes, algunas opiniones; en ocasiones suelo abrirme mucho y en otras solamente reflexiono por encima. En esta oportunidad me preguntaba sobre qué tema hablarles, pero no tenía nada en mente y no me apetecía tomar algún tema de mi lista de pendientes, así que me puse a pensar y dije "Luciana, ¿qué aprendiste esta semana?", y después de mi dura semana, solo pasó por mi mente el título de este post.

You know that every week I share with you, almost every Tuesday, some opinions; sometimes I usually open up a lot and sometimes I just reflect on top of it. This time I was wondering what topic to talk about, but I didn't have anything in mind and I didn't feel like taking any topic from my to-do list, so I started thinking and said "Luciana, what did you learn this week?", and after my hard week, only the title of this post crossed my mind.

Cuando tengo una semana dura, trato de no llamarla mala, porque la negatividad no es algo que quiero tener frecuentemente en mi vida, es por ello que pienso que a veces "no todo es tan malo" que siempre pasa algo bueno y que debemos agradecer siempre que eso existe, no dejarlo todo y ahogarnos, si no disfrutar de esos momentos y tómalos como impulso para seguir adelante.

When I have a hard week, I try not to call it bad, because negativity is not something I want to have frequently in my life, that's why I think that sometimes "not everything is so bad" that something good always happens and that we should always be thankful that this exists, not let it all go and drown ourselves, if not enjoy those moments and take them as an impulse to move forward.

Y sin duda alguna, no siempre ganamos, pero siempre aprendemos. A veces debemos adaptarnos a lo que sea, y eso es una habilidad muy heavy que no siempre está presente, pero trato de rescatarla. Y como dirían por ahí, cada experiencia, sin importar que sea buena o mala, es un aprendizaje que nos ayuda a crecer personal y profesionalmente.

And without a doubt, we don't always win, but we always learn. Sometimes we have to adapt to whatever, and that is a very heavy skill that is not always present, but I try to rescue it. And as they say, every experience, no matter how good or bad, is a learning experience that helps us grow personally and professionally.
