Settlement Between Crypto Exchange FTX And BlockFi
It is called the $1 billion controversy between FTX and Blockfi. But now they have solved this controversy According to the recent court filing, it has reached to principal agreement which means Ftx firm will give $174.5 million to Blockfi. Let me tell you that under this settlement in the Delaware Court of USA, FTX firm has also agreed to drop its claim against BlockFi. So we can see lots of controversies and issues being solved one by one as the market grows.
Sometimes we feel that all things are already planned because you can see that the FTX collapse damaged the crypto market now this problem is no more and the market digested this big issue but many users lost their funds in this disaster. FTX has a subsidiary company whose name is Alameda Reaches Caroline Ellison is the CEO of this company and this company is the partner of FTX. Alameda Reaches had 689 million claims against itself. So in this repayment Alameda Reaches is a big partner.
This controversy happened because of the FTX collapse; after that collapse both companies visited court and you can see that this issue is finally settled down. lawyers of the FTX company have said that FTX is working to repay their customers and soon the FTX will complete the repayment Along with this firm is working to settle all the controversies of the past and because they want to start fresh after cleaning all these controversies.
But one thing is clear after all these things happened it is difficult to trust FTX and it is also difficult for FTX to regain the trust of the customers so even if this service starts again it will not gain the popularity like before because as a crypto user, I also think the same and this is the mentality of the human you can say it is so human psychology so now it is difficult to trust FTX but they will start the service and they can run a successful service but don't get popularity like before.
The fresh update is all the accused will be sentenced on March 28. After a long legal process, so far 7 accused have been found guilty in this fraud case, including owner Sam Bankman-Fried. Sam bankman-fried is creating his image and clearing all the charges and he wants to grow his firm that is why he is working for these things. There are many things happening in the Crypto market but this was the biggest scam that damaged many investors and all the market.
