What A 2025 Crypto Resume Looks Like

Lucky ali is here and most welcome again on my blog. The world of cryptocurrency is changing rapidly, and so are the associated jobs. It is applicable to marketers, blockchain developers, content creators, and community managers to show more than their skills because now it is Web 3 time. Now you might be wondering what I should show in my latest resume. So let me tell you that it is not hard, you just have basic knowledge regarding including items in it.
1. Your Web3 Identity
In the web3 world, your identity should be from web3, and you have seen examples of resumes that show their web3 identity in the resume. Those days were gone when you put your name and email at the top, but now it starts from wallet address and the name service that Ethereum provides, and that name is like luckyali.eth or alan.eth. You can also put your wallet address, Hive, and Inleo profiles instead of your LinkedIn profile. This is a modern style resume.
2. Proof of Work (PoW)
This is not Bitcoin's proof of work for the miners, but this is different. You have to give proof that you have done some nice and amazing stuff in the cryptocurrency field. It can be DAO proposals, your NFT collection that you launched, GitHub contributions and support that you did, your written threads, and more. This is what you can do here.
3. DAOs and Communities
Working with DAO means a lot, and it is similar to working with a company and organization, and this is happening in 2025. So, it is most important to mention your contribution to DAOs. You should do it systematically way like adding bullets and numbering to mention your work.
4. On-Chain Achievements
Your reputation is important, and there are on-chain credentials that can prove that you have done something for your on-chain reputation. It can be proof of the attendance protocol. Completed quests and NFT badges. There are hive badges and a reputation for the hive users, and similarly, you can do with your crypto works.
5. Technical & Soft Skills
Tools and languages should be mentioned because it is also important and are not necessary only for developers, but even for non-technical crypto people. There are things like discord modding, tokenomics, community growth, and more, and these are the great skills to show, and in today's world, even meme-making is a skill that you should mention.
This is how the modern resume of the crypto field should be, and you can go for it. Maybe I am missing something, so it is better that you share your opinion below in the comment section. Thank you.
At the end, your work in the crypto space speaks louder than resumes.
