Wormhole's W token ready for launch, will be listed on major exchanges
Hello hive users today is Wednesday welcome back to another blog. In this post, I am going to talk about the W Governance token powered by a wormhole. Wormhole is a leading cross-chain protocol and they have announced that the governance token will be launched today is the date of launching when I am writing this post, within a few hours the token will be launched. The airdrop was organised and 400,000 wallets were allowed to participate. Currently, I am not going to share any information regarding airdrop because there is no specific announcement yet.
After the announcement of the launch of this new token, many exchanges shared their plan of listing this token. Today’s Wednesday and It has been named Wormhole Wednesday by the team because it is the day of governance token launch. Last week the announcement post was shared on X platform after that announcement bitget, OKX, backpack, and gate.io said that they would start trading at 12 UTC. Along with these exchanges, there are many more exchanges that will join this lineup and there is a higher possibility of it because Wormhole is a very popular platform so it will get listed easily on major exchanges.
On the other side, it is difficult to get a listing on major exchanges but you can see that wormhole getting a listing is on major exchanges and the price will boom for sure because many exchanges are listing this particular token so the price will get a good momentum of W token. we can see many new projects coming on launchpad of binance and bybit and it is not easy for them to getting listed and they are also paying heavy fees to get listing.
Let me tell you that at the current time, the W token is trading at around $1.65 in the pre-market, with Wormhole revealing that out of the total supply of 10 billion, there will be 1.8 billion coins in circulation at the time of launch. Now let's guess the scenario, If the pre-market price holds up to launch, the coin will hit the market with a market cap of around 3 billion USD, making it among the top 50 cryptocurrencies.
