Entrenamiento con pronóstico de lluvia [ESP - ENG]
Ayer fue uno de esos días en los que sientes que todo está alineado para un entrenamiento perfecto de front lever. La rutina comenzó de manera impecable, pude sentir cada movimiento controlado y preciso, como si mi cuerpo y mente estuvieran en perfecta armonía. A medida que avanzaba, noté cómo las nubes comenzaban a congregarse, un presagio de la lluvia que los pronósticos habían anticipado. Y aunque el clima ya daba indicios de lo que se avecinaba, no pude evitar sentir una chispa de emoción.
Yesterday was one of those days when you feel like everything is aligned for a perfect front lever workout. The routine started flawlessly, I could feel every movement controlled and precise, as if my body and mind were in perfect harmony. As I progressed, I noticed how the clouds began to gather, a harbinger of the rain that the forecasts had anticipated. And although the weather was already giving hints of what was to come, I couldn't help but feel a spark of excitement.
Como si fuera un reloj, las primeras gotas comenzaron a caer justo cuando estaba en medio de mi rutina. Lejos de ser un obstáculo, la lluvia se convirtió en un refrescante interludio en mi entrenamiento. Con una sonrisa, me vi corriendo hacia el techo más cercano para resguardarme, mientras las gotas de lluvia dibujaban patrones en el suelo. Aunque no pude terminar mi rutina como había planeado, este giro inesperado se transformó en una anécdota que contaré con gusto. Fue un recordatorio de que, a veces, los planes no se cumplen y eso está bien, porque la vida tiene su propia manera de sorprendernos y regalarnos momentos de alegría inesperada.
Like clockwork, the first drops began to fall just as I was in the middle of my routine. Far from being an obstacle, the rain became a refreshing interlude in my workout. With a smile, I found myself running to the nearest roof for shelter as the raindrops drew patterns on the ground. Although I was unable to finish my routine as I had planned, this unexpected twist turned into an anecdote that I will happily recount. It was a reminder that sometimes plans don't come true and that's okay, because life has its own way of surprising us and giving us moments of unexpected joy.

Entrenar bajo la lluvia es lo mejor de lo mejor, entiendo ese sentimiento de sentir que todos los movimientos fueron perfectos y que pudistes sentir cada movimiento, pocas veces pasa, pero es realmente increíble ese sentimiento, y más cuando se está bajo un clima frío, cubierto de nubes oscuras esperando el momento Lluvioso. Sigue así mi hermano 💪🏼 ¡Saludos!.
