• 60 ml white rum

As a result, I obtained about 230 ml of this excellent Lemon and Honey Daiquiri. To give it that touch of presentation, I added a slice of lemon on the rim of the glass. A frapé drink that left me wanting more.

This refreshing drink, with a touch of sweetness and just the right amount of rum, is irresistible. I didn't settle for just one, I made several. They turned out more than delicious. It's perfect for those warm days. The citrus of the lemon and the characteristic sweetness of the honey make each sip to be enjoyed as if it were the first.

A tip I learned along the way: before adding the ice, it is best to dissolve the honey, rum and lemon well. If not, the honey can become a little unruly and have a harder time mixing when it is cold.
