Feliz año para todas las personas de la comunidad de @SWC hoy vengo a compartir con ustedes mi progreso del handstand en el video sale que son 5 meses y me equivoqué en realidad son 6 meses, el primer mes estuve constantemente entrenando con apoyo en la pared y así poco a poco y cada vez que pasaban los meses y veia que iba aumentando los segundos estaba emocionado

Este año mi nueva meta es progresar un poco mas y hacer el progreso de la plancha ya que es otras de mis metas, planificaré bien las rutinas del progreso y pues a ver cómo me va en el transcurso de los meses
