Hola amigos y amigas de la comunidad de Hive y de SWC hoy vengo a compartir con ustedes lo que fue el segundo evento que he realizado de exhibición y competencia de resistencia y también conversar sobre que es la calistenia

Hello friends from the Hive and SWC communities. Today I'm here to share with you what was my second exhibition and endurance competition event, and also to talk about what calisthenics is.

Hacer este tipo de eventos y reuniones es genial porque puedes conocer nuevas personas que les interesa este deporte, este año hubo más participación que el año pasado y eso me gustó también hubieron muchos interesados que solamente estaban haciendo ejercicios o trotando en el parque Ruiz Pineda lo cual es grande y nosotros llevamos nuestro equipo de sonido y empezamos a calentar y hacer algunos estáticos y dinámicos y poco a poco chicos y chicas comenzaron a acercarse, luego le planteamos que habría un premio de 10$ por la competencia de resistencia ya cual fue cómo un apoyo a la comunidad gracias a un seguidor de tiktok de un amigo mío que se llama irving que hizo un live y yo me uni y pues uno se ofreció a apoyar a la comunidad y al evento y al final se le envió un vídeo cómo agradecimiento por eso.

Holding these kinds of events and gatherings is great because you can meet new people who are interested in this sport. This year there was more participation than last year, which I liked. There were also many interested people who were just exercising or jogging in Ruiz Pineda Park, which is large, and we brought our sound equipment and started warming up and doing some static and dynamic exercises, and little by little, boys and girls began to approach us. Then we announced that there would be a $10 prize for the endurance competition, which was a way of supporting the community, thanks to a TikTok follower of a friend of mine named Irving, who did a live stream and I joined in, and someone offered to support the community and the event, and in the end, a video was sent to them as a thank you for that.

Me gustó mucho la participación e incluso chicas se motivaron a unirse y hacer dominadas y flexiones aúnque no podían pero igual se le aplaudió por eso, por su iniciativa, algunos chicos sabían ya que era la calistenia pero no sabían cómo empezar y otros no sabía y ya saben que es y cómo empezar,bueno eso fue todo por el día de hoy espero que les guste mi post, y si Dios quiere a que más gente en Ciudad Bolívar se una al mundo de la calistenia para poder hacer eventos mejores.

I really liked the participation, and even the girls were motivated to join in and do pull-ups and push-ups, even though they couldn't do them. But they were applauded for their initiative anyway. Some of the boys already knew what calisthenics was but didn't know how to get started, and others didn't know but now they know what it is and how to get started. Well, that's all for today.
