[ENG] Community Governance Proposal #01: DEC Burning for Lands Rarity

Hello everyone!

This is a video in Portuguese in which I will talk about the first Governance Proposal that was presented by the Community itself: burning DEC in exchange for higher rarity when redeeming Lands.

The proposal is to allow players to spend 10,000 DEC to double their chances of receiving higher rarity Lands (Rare, Epic, and Legendary). I am 100% in favor of this propostal, since it will allow the players to burn a significant portion of the available DEC on the market; in return, the Lands themselves will appreciate in value and incorporate this DEC burning cost into their prices. Nobody loses, and the market as a whole wins with the burning of DEC.

Nesse vídeo, eu vou falar sobre a primeira Proposta de Governança que foi apresentada pela própria Comunidade: queimar DEC em troca de maiores raridades nas Lands.

De forma muito resumida, a proposta é permitir com que os jogadores gastem 10.000 DEC para ter o dobro de chances de receber Lands de maior raridade (Rare, Epic e Legendary). Eu sou 100% a favor dessa ideia, visto que ela vai permitir queimar uma parcela significativa do DEC disponível no mercado; em contrapartida, as próprias Lands vão se valorizar e incorporar, no seu valor, esse custo da queima do DEC. Ninguém sai perdendo, e o mercado como um todo sai ganhando.
