A little trip

Good morning to all my wonderful friends.

I am heading to another city here in Sarawak. Have you ever heard of the city of Bintulu? This state has one of the highest production of oil and gas in Malaysia. It takes two hours and a half hours to drive all the way to Bintulu. One of my sisters resides in Bintulu at the moment.

The first thing to do is to head to the nearby temple and pray before driving to Bintulu.

The second floor. A lot of deities are displayed here.

This is on the ground floor of the temple. Usually, some senior citizens spend a bit of their time doing Tai Chi here or Yoga.

That is the other building where a lot of the people who are already deceased have their pictures placed inside with their names and date of birth and death to be blessed.

Miri to Bintulu

Driving on the Pan Borneo Highway is quite fun if you love to drive along long highways. The Pan Borneo Highway in Sarawak is already around 98% completed. There are no tolls along the highway.

After two and a half hours, I've finally reached Bintulu, and the first thing to do is grab a cup of coffee at Lorong Coffee in Bintulu.

This is one of the local start-ups here in Bintulu.

Some of the older photos of Bintulu. Bintulu has been growing a lot recently, every time I reach Bintulu, I see the whole city change. More and more tall buildings around the city.

There is the Durian Series of coffee that I ordered. If you are in Malaysia, this is the drink that you have to try. After a couple of tries, I am sure you would love this drink.

Their logo. I love coffee. Are you a coffee lover?

A cup of Durian Coffee コーヒー from Lorong Coffee.

Quite nice. I ordered with no sugar to reduce sugar intake.

Out here there is an old bicycle that is used as prop display.

Bintulu

Thank you very much for reading my post.

Have a great Sunday. Will be showing you around Bintulu.

I'm curious about the Durian coffee, since I've heard Durian fruit has a bad smell. Does it cause the coffee to smell or is it not noticeable?

Sending you some Ecency love!

Cheers!
