Dakdak roasted
Good Morning to all my wonderful friends here at @Asean.hive. How has your day been?
There is a new restaurant here in Miri that I recently went to. The main menu that is served here at this particular restaurant are the roasted food. This place does not serve pork and is Muslim-friendly.
The main menu of the food served here. The signature dish that is quite popular here is their duck series. The menu looks like it is generated via AI, but it looks quite attractive. What would you order here?
The prices on the menu are quite reasonable and not too expensive. Prices in Malaysia have gone up in the recent years due to increase in the minimum salary of the employees.
On the wall is a lot of wonderful artwork that tells the history of how a roasted duck is roasted. It is quite interesting to know as we usually consume but have not figured out how everything comes to be.
This is where their roasted meat is placed. The first impression is that this place is quite clean.

A hot cup of milk coffee. Definitely what I need to start the day off. A bit of bokeh.
The rice came, and it is fragrant. Makes this dish taste great. Yummy. The are some peanuts at the side of the rice. These peanuts are boiled. They make the rice taste better.
My wife ordered roasted chicken and I ordered roasted chicken.
Overall, I would give this place 9/10. This is a restaurant that you can visit with your family to have a meal here for lunch. The food here is made properly and the place is quite clean.

The ambiance of that store or maybe restaurant looks really awesome and cool. If I would go past that place maybe I would think that it's an expensive restaurant because of the decorations and also the design of the place.
Their plating was also awesome and looks like you were eating in a fancy hotel, looking at the menu, the rice looks like it's yellow but the actual is white?
