Dim Sum at a local Chinese restaurant
Dim Sum with my family at Lao Yang restaurant here in Miri. Our family time gathering with the family for a wonderful meal today. Hi hi.. Can't believe it's already 6% into the year 2024. Happy Wedneday.

EGG TARTS
Egg tarts are a must-have at any dim sum restaurant. The best are hot and served fresh. Crispy shell. Filled with hot stuff in the middle.

Meat wrapped in wanton skin. The best types are the chewy ones. This is a must-order dish at a sushi restaurant.
Fried prawn dim sum with mayo
Yummy. Chewy and yummy.
Pandan fried chicken
Steamed Chee Cheong fun
Rice flour steamed on a steamer into thin sheets placed into soy sauce. The middle is usually filled with some stuff inside. The best are prawns.

These are delicious. The skin is so soft.

I tried sending by DHL from the Philippines to France but not dim sum. haha.
