Evening treat - Wednesday
Good Morning to all my wonderful friends who have commented on my post and spent time reading my post. Really appreciate it. Sometimes, I get too busy to reply to comments, but I do read your comments.
I am @luueetang, and I am from Miri, Sarawak, on the island of Borneo. One of the things that I love to do nowadays is to travel, try out new places, and go to places unknown. Today is Wednesday, and it is my rest day. I work on Saturdays and Sundays too.
This is the neighbourhood of Taman Tunku here in Miri. This area is further away from the city, and this area is slightly more disorganized and is a higher-risk area. The rule here is to not just disrupt anyone and disrepect anyone here.

One of the stores here that I wanted to visit is this shop called Shin Chan Waffle. They have a really special treat that is the pistachio dubai chocolate waffle. It is delicious.

This shop has a lot of different types of waffles, and there are lots of drinks to choose from. One of the best thing about this place is that the cup has Shin Chan art work.

There is also a Takoyaki stall here. Have you tried Takoyaki before? It is made of flour and in the middle of it is bits of squid pieces.

The drinks we got for ourselves. I got myself Oreo Mint Drink and my wife got for herself a cup of pearl milk tea with some jelly.

The drinks is slightly on the sweeter side. It is quite good to drink.

This is the waffle that I was waiting for. In the middle is the kunafa bits dubai chocolate.

A box of takoyaki. There are around 9 pieces in a box.

This is what it looks like inside the waffle. There are lots of chocolate bits inside. The waffle is quite crispy and the inside has enough chocolate to have cravings satisfied.

After that, I drove around the city, and it was time to head back home.

Hmm! The waffles look so delicious, especially the Dubai chocolate waffle with the kunafa bits inside. I haven’t tried this kind of waffle before, but after seeing your post, I’m curious about how it tastes. The Shin Chan cups are cute too! It’s nice that you use your rest day to explore different places and try something new. Thank you for sharing your little food adventure with us. It feels like we’re exploring Miri with you through your photos. Have a great day!
What a night to enjoy
