Hi hi.. Wow.. It's a Monday.. how are you? How is everything like? It is the second day of the Chinese lunar calendar and Sunday early morning, exactly at midnight, fireworks displays had begun. It's an annual event. Fireworks of different colours lit up the sky. It usually last around half an hour and everywhere, fireworks can be seen in the sky. So I am going to write about this here today in this post.

Red sparks

The neighbourhood comes to live. There are some who were already in bed but no one complained as it was a one year one time event. I guess, many enjoyed the fireworks as it breathes life to the night dark skies.

Smoke everywhere

The loud sounds scare the bad spirits away ushering in a better year. The year of the rabbit. Some neighbours have a way of sending so much lots of firework into the skies. A machine gun for fireworks, perhaps?

Boom, boom and boom

The chinese community here rarely take the day off except for this one week just to get united with their family members. Go back to their hometowns and etc.

Fireworks everywhere

Here in Miri, Sarawak, it has been like this for as long as I can remember. The people here doing their own firework show.

Flowers in the sky

Like beautiful flowers in the sky. Nothing gets more beautiful than that. hehee..
